This place has the BEST ramen in town, hands down. Everything is made from scratch, and they make it with love. The flavor, the presentation, the quality—superb. When I die, bury me with Fushi Poke soy eggs.

There pricing is a bit hidden- my husband and I went in for a $16 poke bowl…but if you get the fresh tune it’s $26 😬🥵 per bowl. Felt a little bit mislead. I am avid poke eater and I’ve never seen non frozen markups

The poke bowl I personalized was amazing. I had the kale base, ahi tuna, crab, roe, bean sprouts, spicey cucumber, green onion, 2 sauces, and some crispy bits. The restaurant was so cute family friendly.

Love the vegan options here. Ramen soup and poke bowl are delicious and very filling.

High quality sushi/poke/ramen at reasonable prices. The owner takes pride in his work, as you can see by how he displays his fish in the fridge behind the counter. Very chill atmosphere inside, Japanese snacks/drinks, plenty of seating. I stop by every time I’m in the area, can’t resist!

A short walk from the heart of downtown, FushiPoke is small but mighty. Parking can be a challenge but this place would be worth it if you had to hop there on a pogo stick. It is brightly lit, clean and well run. You are greeted with a smile and welcomed to the counter where you can see all of the fresh ingredients and watch your creation as they build it to order right in front of you (think Subway, only so much better). The staff is knowledgeable, patient and engaging as they walk you through the process and make you feel genuinely welcome. I was in and out in fewer than 5 minutes with my Poke bowl, which was healthy, delicious and ample. Faster, cheaper and much more nutritious than any fast food that I know of. I will be a regular customer and you should too.

$27 for a poke bowl seems like a lot with the limited topping bar.

Fushipoke is always a primary stop when I’m in Sarasota. Everything is so fresh and super tasty - I haven’t tried something on the menu that I didn’t like! Service is always friendly and amazing as well. Job well done fushipoke staff!!!

got a pickup takeout order and they gave me chopsticks as my utensils for a POKE BOWL. could’ve given me a damn fork instead of 4 straws when i only got 2 drinks. the “mango peach iced tea” is DISGUSTING it tastes like soap and medicine whatever u get do not get it. it has no sweet OR mango or peach flavor whatsoever. and the crystal boba in the boba drink is flavorless with a very weird texture, the actual drink itself though is good.
