Had a great lunch the other day. Food came out fast and correct. Order was taken by a very polite manager, Josh who handled the lobby and his crew very well.

Slow service and inconsistent order accuracy. Management plays a timer game to make it seem like they are getting orders out fast by holding orders at payment window until meal is ready to serve and then calling vehicle to window 2 for delivery. While this may look good to corporate, this doesn't show real life conditions that a typical order takes 10-15 minutes from order placement to delivery.

Visited the location at 2961 South MCcall Rd in Englewood, Florida today. Did a mobile app order and waited in drive-thru 20mins. Ridiculous because it's spose to be fast food. The girl had our order all messed up and food wasn't hot. Gave me a receipt I can't use to do the survey for the free item because there's no store location number on it. Idk, this location and management need to improve.

I don’t typically do this because I get it things get busy days are long sometimes places are short staffed but tell me why after sitting in this drive through for 15 minutes while some big guy with tattoos who can’t find the time to cash me out or even apologize for the wait can smoke his electric smoking device and flirt with some other girl with long brown hair while myself and other cars wait in a long drive through line and then when I’m finally cashed out I have to then park and go inside the store because they forgot to put the meat on all my sandwiches and this same guy with all the tattoos who is still paying attention to the same long haired girl proceeds to tell me he’s the manager all while telling me that that’s how I ordered my food are you kidding me guy you are uneducated rude and obviously care nothing about your job and more about chatting and smoking with your girlfriend while it should be your customers I’ve been coming to this Burger King for years and you son have completely ruined it for me I don’t know who made you manager but from your behavior I doubt it will last long work isn’t for the type of behavior I witnessed tonight I felt like I was at a high school dance or a rave with the way you were puffing on your device and gossiping while your customers suffer the poor outcome whoever hired you either has no clue or shouldn’t be in a position to hire at all my question is does Burger King drug test there managers THEY SHOULD

we treat ourselves to a bacon burger once a month and it was delicious. They made it fresh for us and were very friendly and it is very clean.

Did not get to place order after waiting in an empty place for 15 min.
Nobody was tending the teller. After inquiring if I could place an order they struck their shoulders an no improvement was seen. Will not come back. I guess judging by how many people were there, that I’m not the only one that doesn’t think much of this location.

For a quick, easy, cheap meal, can't fault. You know exactly what you are getting and it did not disappoint. Staff very friendly. Restaurant spotlessly and modern. I had the Texas Double Whopper, which was huge.

I don't understand why you have to remember to ask for onion ring dipping sauce otherwise you'll drive away without it in your bag. Are they that cheap and stingy?
