This Burger King is not worth your time. It takes 30 minutes for them just to make a sandwich. If you have anyone in front of you, you might as well not go there because it’s gonna take them more than half an hour to get your food it’s not worth it. It’s been like this for years so I don’t know if it’s the management but they re to slow.

I've had quite a few Impossible Whoppers over the years, and they've always been great before. As soon as I bit into this one, the edge of the patty was so dry and hard it fell apart. I tore the rest of the outside of the patty away that was too dry to eat, and salvaged a little of the center while I sat at home not wanting to drive all the way back to get a replacement. I've never seen anything remotely like this before with a plant-based burger patty. I think I'll bring the pieces in along with my receipt (check 570010) to see if I can get a new one within the next few days. Hopefully, the manager will figure out how this happened and make sure it never does again. Maybe this is a good lesson that it's not a great idea to pick up food to eat somewhere else if it's too far away to drive back to get problems fixed. I think I'll avoid doing that from now on.

tried to place an order though the app at exactly 11:12 pm, the order went through successfully and when we drove through at 11:20 (we ordered in the parking lot) the guy on the intercom said they were not open. this was confusing as it says the recently updated hours were open until 12 and all the lights in the building were on and also as stated the app accepted our order for this location. we asked the dude on the intercom about this and he said to just cancel the order. ONCE AGAIN the order was accepted so we could not cancel it. we will have to call the bank tomorrow to dispute this order, and i ask that BK keep its hours updated and accurate since not much in this area is open after a certain hour. and IF THE HOURS ARE ACCURATE talk to your employees that don’t want to work the last 40 minutes of their shift they are paid for.
