This location seems to keep odd hours. We have tried to try this place several times and it's always closed. 6pm on a Thursday night? Really? Please put a answering machine on your line with your hours. It just rings and rings. Guess you are only open for lunch. Disappointing...

The staff misinterpreted my order and i wanted to correct it, they tried but failed again . I spoke with the owner and he was very rude and refused to correct the order. That is not how to treat your customers. I won't be back.

This used to be one of my go-to spots. In spite of the fact that their ordering system is terrible (one can hardly hear the person TAKING the order), I usually don't run into issues. We're all taking COVID into consideration. At least I thought we all did. Checkers at this location apparently does NOT. There's a huge influx of out-of-staters in Florida right now, along with a tremendous population growth. And yet they apparently only have 3 people working in the store during the busiest time of the day. Today I had to wait in line behind 8 other vehicles. Not an issue. Each vehicle bar one ahead of me required between 5 and 8 minutes to get served and drive away. This is an issue. I finally placed a simple order for FOUR of the same item. Twice repeated FOUR, and got the confirmation back from the order-taker that FOUR of that item (plus one small fries) would cost $x. When I finally got to the pickup window, there were only TWO of the specific item in the bag. When I asked where the others were, I was told by a very snarky, rude and obnoxious young "lady" that she showed 2 on her screen and that, if I wanted the other 2, I'd have to get back in line. By then there were 10 vehicles behind me. I asked her whether she'd seen the line, and her response was "I show 2 here, if you want more, get back in line. Do you want to come work here? I'll bring you an application right now and you can come make them yourself. There's only 3 of us, so come work". That alone, counts for 3 strikes in my book. No apology, no decency, no attempt at offering an alternative (like "if you'd like to pull over to the side, I'll ensure the other 2 are brought to your vehicle". Nothing. Prior to this, I'd have rated this location at higher than 2 stars. However, if I could give it ZERO right now, I would. The management and staff at this location are simply put, "terrible".

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwiche and the big Buford sandwiche. 100% hands down the best burgers I have had in a long time! Definitely willing to go back again soon! The big Buford was so amazing ! So flavorful and juicy and they beef was 100 percent real beef like you would get from home! I would whole heartily reccomend you give them a try!

The food is usually ok aside from the occasional cold order of fries or a cold meal here and there, but what's the point in advertising ice cream or shakes when your machine never works? I'm a resident and as many times as I've stopped in to get something I find myself driving away more often now because I'm tired of pulling up to their window to order an ice cream for me or my wife only to be told that the machine is down again. Also when asked why there was a sign that the milkshakes were down but not ice cream I was met with a foul attitude. I'm done with this place until they get their employees straightened out because the machine breaks from not being maintained, and they have no business being rude to customers.
