Waited outside until after they opened at 11. The sign said open, but when I tried the door, it was locked. Someone started yelling inside, but I couldn’t make it out. When the door opened, I asked what they were saying and one of them stated “we open at 11 stop pulling on the door”. Appears we need some work on customer service techniques or possibly timekeeping 101. Needless to say I left!

Horrible service!! I had an upcoming seafood boil and was looking for prices of shrimp. I needed 50lbs so I wanted to place an order. The person I spoke with reviewed the prices too quickly for me to write down. When I asked if he could repeat them he told me he was very busy and did not have time to keep going over the same thing. He suggested that I come in if I needed more help. Unfortunately I work M-F 8-5 and due to their limited hours I would not be able to get in and could not take time off work to go seafood shopping. I was only asking for him to repeat three prices…the whole conversation was 1 min and 45 seconds.I like to support local businesses but this local will never give this company my hard earned money. If they can’t help someone on the phone or offer to call back when they have time I can’t imagine the in store experience is better.
