I've been ordering here every week/ every other week for 6 years! the pizza here has always been spot on! My orders are always correct. I always order off the app. Its so easy!. Out of a thousand pizza deliveries, I've only ever had one problem. I called and they refunded it and gave me another free pizza! I've always been very pleased with their service, truly. And I gotta thank domino's for keeping their prices low enough to still eat here. And with the rewards system, I get a free pizza every 6th delivery!

Not very pleased tonight. Ordered on-line and it said 12-22 minutes to pick up. When I got there, my name was top of the board with the word "Ready" next to it. Stood at the counter and waited to be helped, no one helped. I finally flagged one of the people down who told me it was just coming out of the oven. Thought that was odd as it said ready, then I started hearing various employees talking about how they screwed up and lost another order. Gee, mine perhaps? This was quite a topic of conversation for a number of minutes until finally someone came to the counter to let me know they lost one of my pizzas and it would be 10 more minutes. He offered nothing more so I asked him if there was something they would offer to rectify the screw up. He suggested a drink or bread bites. I said I'd take bread bites and sat to wait for the second pizza (as the first one sat for 15 minutes as well). When another person called my name, I asked where the bread bites were and she said, did you order those too? I gave up, grabbed the pies and left.I know it was busy and I am patient but when poor service and cavalier attitudes are also occurring, it makes for an unhappy customer.

I have been ordering from dominoes for just under 20 Years mostly in port charlotte florida and it was great. I moved too englewood and the dominoes dominoes have gotten my order wrong three times and done nothing to fix it except blame me below average customer service.

Who is in charge of Quality Control here?Half the pizza is burnt, and there is a HOLE in the other half. There are Chunks of onion on here, a couple are 2 inches by 1 inch. Just look at the pictures and tell me who in their right mind sends this out to be delivered.Third photo is of the Emergency Pizza I ordered for.my son the following day. Not bad, he was happy with it.

It was Friday night. Super busy. Informed at the start by a very nice employee it would be a little bit of a wait. 30-45 minutes. All good things are worth the wait. I was treated to the best cohesive Team on the planet. I was in awe as I waited for my order. As busy as they were, the atmosphere generated by the Team was actually a calm and efficient work vibe. No one seemed stressed or overwhelmed. The whole Team interacted with each other, helping those coworkers that need it or just talking to another coworker to keep the flow going. Kudos to the manager for the training and running of his Team. If Domino's had a competition between stores this store would be on the top level of the podium receiving the Golden Pizza award.. The order was made perfectly as usual. Well worth the wait.

They undercook their pizza so we always go to North Port, but if it’s just bread bites we go here but these jack wads still always forget the sauces. Really poor , consistently poor.
