The people were nice enough, but I ordered on the app and they didn't have what was ordered and don't have a process to refund what I paid for. They ask me to come in and then walk past like I'm not there. When I ask about it they complain and catlnt resolve the issue, let's be clear this is not a me problem it's a Dunkin problem and they need to enable their staff to fix the issue.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Doesn't seem like anyone there can make coffee. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager looked like gorlock who just rolled out of bed!! She was dirty and nasty looking!! The food is undercooked and cold. It smells something fierce in this store. Its.not.clean at all!! I highly suggest getting coffee somewhere else!!

The older woman with a braid is full of attitude. We asked for 3 sandwiches and one drink and she was so mad about it. There is no need to be so nasty. If you don’t like your job, that’s not my issue, consider a different line of work if hospitality is alien to you.

Went to use the men’s room first thing and it was horrible. The toilet was so nasty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Told the boy and girl behind the counter and they both said it isn’t there job to clean it and the boy said I told my boss when I was hired I’m not cleaning the bathroom because supposedly he had been stuck with a needle cleaning one before. It was horrible like a bathroom from a truck stop in the 80s
