Went here to grab an espresso shot. I go through the drive thru and give the lady cash for a tip and paid with my card. Then she asks if I want to also leave a tip on the card. Of course I said no, that's what the cash was for. Then she started to berate me. I left a tip for a 30 second espresso and get berated for not leaving two tips? I generally don't tip for coffee because it's not really necessary. Now I guess I never will at this establishment.

This Dunkin location really needs better organization and managment. The store often has an unpleasant smell, which raises concerns about cleanliness.
Even when you place a mobile order, it’s a hassle! They don’t put your order on the pickup shelf, and you can stand there for several minutes with no acknowledgment. After finally getting someone’s attention, they’ll often tell you they don’t have one of the items you already ordered and paid for.
It’s disappointing because there was hope things would improve after the new manager came in last year, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.

Rudest most unhappy staff ever. 4 or 5 girls and not 1 smile or polite word. Donuts were great but the staff is definitely a deterrent.I see this as a poor management problem. They're all unhappy for a reason

Worst Dunkin ever. Ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. Xtra cream cheese Xtra toasted. Received 2 plain bagels hardly toasted and light cream cheese..Took it back to have it remade, received 2 everything bagels not toasted and hardly any cream cheese.

Mobile order completely messed up idk who the gentleman working evening shift @5:59 smelled like pot. Ordered a chocolate frosted w/ sprinkles was no where in bag, ordered 2x orders of hashbrowns only recorded one and my order of bagel bites was one bagel bite. Will be calling management

Food Smelled like mold and mildew, next time I went and they opened the drive through window The smell of mold and mildew came through the window, got my order and I could smell the mold and mildew on all the paper Goods, disgusting! will not be back. Place needs to find out the cause of the mold and mildew and clean it up. Not good for anyone's health

Very pleasant ladies and gents ,some mornings there's a long line and they get it done ,fast and courteous,
The drive thru service was terrible and took forever, not to mention the man with blonde hair that looked like a Kurt kobain knock off who chased us out and tried to fight us for our criticism of bad service. He didn’t do nothing but go inside. Next time just put the doughnuts in the bag

I stopped in to get an ice cream cone and I decided to be good and get a single scoop of mint chip in a cake cone. I spent almost $5 and the ice cream scoop BARELY covered the top of the cone and had 3 big ice chips in it ! The cone was almost stale. I have been here before as they had the best snickers ice cream but that’s no longer available either. I’m sorry to say but I won’t be going back to this location as the size of my cone wouldn’t even qualify as a “kids” cone !
