Rudest most unhappy staff ever. 4 or 5 girls and not 1 smile or polite word. Donuts were great but the staff is definitely a deterrent.I see this as a poor management problem. They're all unhappy for a reason

The people were nice enough, but I ordered on the app and they didn't have what was ordered and don't have a process to refund what I paid for. They ask me to come in and then walk past like I'm not there. When I ask about it they complain and catlnt resolve the issue, let's be clear this is not a me problem it's a Dunkin problem and they need to enable their staff to fix the issue.

I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that...
