The new owners, Mike & Vee are not customer friendly. She has no business being a barkeep or server because she has no clue what she's doing. I waited 45 minutes for a drink and after letting her know we wanted to order right away, she ignored us and decided to help a couple that had just walked in. Today I was told that they didn't want me to come to the store again. The situation that I mentioned earlier happened about 3-4 months ago. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
Staff, food, prices! We love it there!
Karen is Englewood’s best bartender! Mozzarella Sticks are a hit. They definitely need tater tots though. Rate atmosphere: 10/10
