We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. I had the spicy salmon wrap! Yummo.
We had the best event for our employees yesterday. The staff from day one of planning were helpful, attentive and supportive. Yesterday was no different. They have the best crew to help you through your event day. They were extremely helpful, professional, caring and so fun! Food was delicious and a great variety. Drinks were flowing perfectly. đ» And the tiki hut atmosphere was incredible and perfect. Large space for band and so much more. Privacy of your own event with the gorgeous surroundings of water and boats. We will be back, many times. Thanks K&B!

We went to Ken and Barbâs Grove city kitchen for the first time. We sat outside and enjoyed a great view of the lagoon area. The service was great! I had the haddock sandwich with onion rings, my husband had the cheese steak sandwich. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were huge. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

It's over priced for mediocre food. Be better off getting fast food. Don't waste your time and money. And no this isn't my first visit. They seem to be getting worse. Zero pride in the products.

overpriced with mediocre food
I didn't want to cook this evening so my wife and I decided to venture out for a bite. We've only been living in Englewood for a few months, so we're still exploring new places. Tonight we picked Ken & Barbs. Nice location. The outside is neat and clean. Inside is tastefully decorated. The waitstaff were probably the high point of the evening. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered their chicken parmesan and my better half had a burger. We both order soup. My new England clam chowder was fresh out of the can and tasteless. Her tomato based soup was the same. Both were over thicken and grossly under spiced. Her burger came out cold. It had obviously been plated and sitting for some time. My chicken parm was interesting. The linguine wasn't properly drained before plating so it was swimming. The sauce was a tomatoe puree that was bitter but otherwise devoid of flavor. The chicken itself was nicely breaded and had flavor. Frankly, I was shocked. Tonight had to be one of the worst meals I experienced since moving here. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time or money eating there. The only part of the meal that wasn't left on plates was the chicken cutlet which we took home to our dog. Cute place, great location......terrible food.

The burger was cooked the way i ordered it. The sautéed onions and cheese fries were cold. The soup was tomato bisque straight from Progresso's can. None of the food had any flavor. I would not eat here again. The atmosphere is bright and confusing. The teenage hostesses were slow and uninterested in their job. The waiter was great I hope he finds a better place to work.
Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bun.

I keep coming back when visiting for the Brie appetizer. Itâs seems to shrink with every visit. Still tasty. The service on the other hand and speed of food coming out was less thanâŠ.Not sure if itâs because people arenât hiring or can hire or actually train but serving should be that. Serving the customer. Checking in on them asking for refills cleaning the table as we eat and checking in on food. 40 min wait for a salad, wrap, wedge salad and chicken sandwich is too long. We all want to support local and help them thrive but if they arenât doing the same with training and sharing the experience then what?
