The young lady at the counter was the sweetest!! She had just dealt with someone who was intoxicated and just yelled at her over his mistake,yet she was still smiling and friendly. You don't see that anymore in the service industry, especially from a young person. Was very refreshing. I hope she sees this and know how much I appreciate her being so friendly.

Food used to be better quality, have noticed more in house rice, its lumpy not flaky as prior years, honey chicken not so great anymore, it was the best Chinese food in town trying to support local businesses, but might have to look elsewhere ?
They portions are more than enough. The spicy option was chosen at the time of ordering but it wasn't spicy. The "gravy" in the beef and vegetables was bland

I love Koo’s, but they must have a new chef. My meal today was completely bland. I always ask for extra spicy, and they usually deliver, but my meal today was totally tasteless.
