Food was lousy! Egg roll was soggy inside like mush! Fried rice had no flavor and boneless ribs were 50% fat! And no soy sauce in bag. Not impressed at all!

Very good carry-out Chinese food. Higher quality than I expected for a place that has only a window. I place my order on the phone in my car and tell them I'm in my car waiting... When my order is ready the girl signals me to the window

Tried garlic sauce shrimp lunch combo which came with egg roll and fried rice. The sauce is flavorful and came with 5 large shrimps with wide variety of vegetables in the mix. Fried rice contains scrambled eggs which is a pleasant surprise. I am very impressed with overall quality and value of this combo. The egg roll is also crunchy and delicious.

I've never had problems with coos kitchen until they got the new person on the front line the food is excellent but make sure that you check your receipts because this young lady that is one ignoring customer standing in line because she's on a personal call personal call secondly she doesn't know how to ring the orders right I ended up paying close to $3 more because sbecause she chose not to pay attention to the person on the phone So they need to correct it because when you call to speak to a manager the young lady fights you and will not let you speak to a manager

The food was good, with large portions, but I don't think 80 bucks is reasonable to feed 3 adults and a toddler.

Food is good, reasonably priced. Staff is not friendly and all interaction occurs behind bank-grade plexiglas....silly.

Ordered take out here last night. The best Chinese I’ve ever had. It was so fresh, hot, and the order was taken and executed perfectly.

We decided to use the internet app to order so that order could not be misunderstood. On a positive note, my Chicken Cashew was excellent. My husband always orders Pepper steak but no onions ( allergies) and adds pea pods and water chestnuts. This was written out on the order. He picked it up, brought it home and.... Pepper steak with onions!!! No pea pods or water chestnuts. They can't read ??? I do like to dine locally but they need to learn how to appeal to local diners by getting orders right. 2 egg rolls and 8 plum sauce, 1 hot mustard, and 2 soy sauce. Really?? Sorry Koo's. Done.

I have been ordering from Koos kitchen for 20 years, family-owned and they pride themselves in large quantities and very hot and delicious when you get home. If you like something that you have ordered, it will be exactly the same the next time you order it. They are children grew up in this restaurant And they take as much pride in it as their parents

Ordered House Egg Fu Young and House Fried Rice. Both were Bland and tasteless!!!!!Very disappointed!!!!I figure if a Chinese restaurant F"s up Egg Fu Young and House Fried Rice they are not some place I want to deal with.I will NOT return to that Chinese food eatery. Also very high price for what we received.Check out the competition, China Wok.Much better. And an order over $35.00 gets a free quart of Egg Drop or Hot and Sour Soup. Not so at KOO's
