I came to Lickity Split Cafe on a recommendation to try their Olive Burger, green olives and Mayo, so I was curious, it was good!!! They had a big sign over the counter, "Because Nice Matters". Good advice in the world today! And they were very nice. Good family style diner!

Nice little ice cream shop near the beach. Good ice cream after a few hours on the beach. I would recommend this spot.

This is our go to affordable restaurant in Englewood. Food is great. While everyone else is trying to push their fancy atmosphere and low quality food(sorry Farlows), this place is putting out excellent food mixed with a great ice cream shop. I usually spend less than $30 a visit ands make this out date night restaurant. Keep it up Lickity! ❤️

Such a cute little ice cream shop with the best ambiance! The staff was sweet as pie. Will definitely be back on our next visit to placida!

Best ice cream ever. Made in-store. Cheeseburger and double cheeseburger were great and the homemade fries were delicious. Service was good. Ambiance is like a 50s diner complete with juke box.

We always go when we visit Englewood for the past 20years for icecream. The blue moon flavor is one of our favorites

The very best home made icecream I have ever had! Great lunches as well! Lovely people.

The food is average. The restaurant itself is kinda cool in terms of its spaciousness and decoration but I was there in June and it was way too hot in there to enjoy the lunch. It felt as if there was no air conditioning. I asked the waiter what the deal was and he acknowledged that it’s always hot in there during the summer.

Had lunch here. The food was awesome. Great tasting burgers, fries were hand cut and crispy with the right texture interior. You can tell they knew what they were doing. The slaw was fantastic and just the right amount. All of their soups are homemade and so is the ice cream. Didn't have the ice cream yet but will definitely be back for it later today. The owner is a great person and very friendly and the staff was on point. The atmosphere is perfect for a little cafe with a theme and feel from the fifties. If you ever find yourself close by here or even if you aren't it is well worth the drive. And you can help support a local business owner at the same time. Tell them Ray sent you!! Lol Enjoy the food.
