Went to Magnolia’s recently, and was disappointed with its drinks, and volcano sushi. Over the years, this restaurant has been consistently good. However, this time the drinks we ordered were very weak, and the sushi I ordered was dry, and served in a much smaller portions.Sadly, it appears the restaurant is beginning to lack quality control with its food and drink offerings. With a heavy heart, I will not order any sushi, again.

Very nice atmosphere as you can sit at the edge of the water. We ordered drinks, and we're very disappointed as we thought spending 12-14 per cocktail would be quality crafted drinks. The bartender made me a sangria right in front of me and poured red wine in a glass, added some soda water from the dispenser, and then tossed in an orange wedge. That was it. It was terrible. Then I ordered a long island Iced tea. The entire glass was filled with ice. I couldn't even taste any alcohol. How can you screw up a Long Island? It was almost like a regular iced tea, but $10.00 more. The sushi was decent, as we ordered it for an appetizer, but I say avoid this place and head to the Waverly for great Sangrias, sushi, and dinner. So glad we left when we did and didn't wait to be disappointed with dinner.

Great atmosphere and good service. Disappointed in the selection of food if you do not eat seafood. My wife's chicken was dry, my skewers were also dry and lacking any favor. I'm sure the seafood is better, but we do not eat seafood. Thought expensive for what we received. Unfortunately, we wont be back. The place was full so they wont miss us. Maybe we just got a bad meal.
