Last two times going to McDonald’s first time wife double quarter pounder the meat was raw in the middle and the second time rude customer service can’t order a fish fillet because the fryer was not in use trying to figure out the menu I kept hearing are you ready to order? Are you ready to order? No I had to change my whole way of thinking of what I needed while he still kept asking me. Am I ready to order I tried to ask him what was actually available since the fryers weren’t working like french fries chicken McNuggets chicken sandwiches crispy chicken strips but instead I got are you ready to order? Finally decide to leave the place not happy. I think a Culver’s would be a better restaurant for Englewood and then Beach Road McDonald’s😡

Tables dirty. Had to kiosk order. 5 out of 10 items missing when brought to our table. No ice in machine. No ketchup in dispensers. Workers were trying hard and friendly but service was a disaster.

Great atmosphere good food places great and clean real busy in the Drive-
Horrible.. I got a quarter pounder meal.. I waited about 15min at the window and when I finally get my food I drive 2 miles home to very cold fries and my quarter pounder was completely cold and not even cooked.. It was completely raw inside?? How does this happen.. I wish this place would go outta business.. They don't deserve to be open
