McDonald’s was really disappointing. The food was cold and soggy, and my order was wrong when it arrived. The place was messy, with tables not cleaned and trash overflowing, which made the whole experience unpleasant.
The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, so getting help or fixing mistakes was slow and frustrating. For a fast-food restaurant, this level of service and cleanliness is really unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

Waited in drive through for about half hour. Ordered in app asking for no onions Quarter Pounder. Had to go inside to avoid slow drive through again. They took forever to remake Burger. The manager offered me a free drink for the inconvenience but already had drinks and said that it would be nice to get fresh fries since they would be cold by the time I got them home with all the waiting. He completely ignored me and walked away. Worst McDonald's experience ever.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location today. From the moment we walked in, the manager and team greeted us with genuine smiles and hospitality. Our food was even brought to our table, making it feel more like a sit-down restaurant than fast food. On top of that, everything was fresh and delicious. Truly one of the best McDonald’s experiences we’ve ever had!

Last two times going to McDonald’s first time wife double quarter pounder the meat was raw in the middle and the second time rude customer service can’t order a fish fillet because the fryer was not in use trying to figure out the menu I kept hearing are you ready to order? Are you ready to order? No I had to change my whole way of thinking of what I needed while he still kept asking me. Am I ready to order I tried to ask him what was actually available since the fryers weren’t working like french fries chicken McNuggets chicken sandwiches crispy chicken strips but instead I got are you ready to order? Finally decide to leave the place not happy. I think a Culver’s would be a better restaurant for Englewood and then Beach Road McDonald’s😡
