Their pizza's are absolutely delicious. I have ordered from them quite a few times and have never been disappointed. I placed an order recently for pick up and when I arrived, there was a mix up and it was not ready. As I was waiting for my order the Manager approached me and was very apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. That to me speaks volumes as to the dedication to its customers and will be a place that I will continue to patronize. Thank you Nico B's!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

This evening, we returned to Nico B’s to follow up on our first visit and try their pizza. Two nights ago, we’d enjoyed dinner at *The Hideaway @ Nico B’s* with friends. Take a look at the photos I shared—three of us ordered three pizzas and a calzone. A few nights earlier, Darel, Co-Owner suggested that to truly judge a pizzeria’s quality, we should start with the cheese pizza. We took his advice, and he was right—the cheese pizza revealed the true flavor foundation of every other pie they serve. We also ordered the *Mercado* and the *Carne Abbondanza*—each one was excellent!
The restaurant feels bright, clean, and neatly decorated. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well-versed in the menu. The three of us had a terrific experience and will definitely return once our stomachs are empty again. 😊 5 Stars +

Im writing this review before I have even tried the food yet and just by the smells of this place Im sure it will still be 5 stars all day, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most authentic smells that im always searching for in an Italian restaurant the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in here reflects that. After I ordered one of the owners came and greeted me and shook my hand introduced himself and told me a little bit about the place. He told me that they source all their flour from italy and use nothing bleached or altered and tokd me some of the values of the place and it’s very hard to find a place like this where they have the utmost care for what you consume and the overall experience. Pricing is very fair and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Wow! This is a hidden GEM. From the moment you walk in - you are greeted by friendly staff. The pizza? Out of this world. Exceptional! Also ordered the lasagna with garlic knots- Delicious!
Our waitress was young and by herself so we were a little nervous at first but let me tell you what. She checked on us constantly while answering phones and putting in orders and delivering food to other patrons, simply a rockstar. After receiving our delicious pizza and apps the chef came out to check on us and even spoke with us for several minutes. Wonderful experience and even better food 😁

There was a mistake on our order, I called and the staff couldn't have been kinder. We returned the mistake and our replacement was already in the oven. The owner really appreciated the call. I hate to be that customer, but they truly were amazing. We will be customers for life!

Cannot believe what we just experienced as REGULAR customers! We liked their pizza and would order it ahead of time & go there to eat it. We’ve done this at least ever 3 weeks since they started making pizza. A couple of months ago we called to order and eat it there and they told us we could no longer order it ahead of time because people weren’t picking up their order. We drove there anyway and talked to the manager. We asked what was the difference between what we were doing and taking it out. They admitted they weren’t collecting payment for take outs and told us that we should call ahead and tell them how long it would be before we would arrive. We agreed to that and it worked fine until today. We called as we were on our way and the manager said they would not allow us to order beforehand and said we could come in and have table side service, which they now had. We always tip their girls for doing absolutely nothing for us anyway, so table side is irrelevant to us. We drove there anyway and talked to the owner Stephanie and her belligerent husband who should NEVER deal with customers! I will say that Stephanie was lovely, even apologetic and I’ve spoken with her before to order specialty cakes etc. He was out of control, so much so that she tried to intervene by grabbing his arm and saying “honey.” After his tirade and making no sense and telling me he could do whatever he wanted because he owned the place, he then walked away. I proceeded to tell Stephanie that I would take it to FB so that people that live here year round can understand what they are dealing with and to be careful of this volatile man. We will NEVER be back and will go to Nicola’s now that they are open again.
There is ZERO difference between ordering take out and ordering ahead of time. If someone isn’t going to show up, they aren’t going to show up. In our case we would have saved them the box. We would’ve even paid ahead of time but they offered nothing. This was NOT a misunderstanding because they now have table side, that makes no difference in this scenario. It’s illogical and the way I was treated was appalling. My husband waited in the car and I have to wonder if this rude arrogant man would have ever spoken to me that way if he had come in with me!! There are other great restaurants in our area, don’t bother with this one!

The most distressing experience to date. We have been customers since opening. Some pizzas excellent, some sub par. Our experience tonight iced it for us , and we will not return. Placed order online, only to be cancelled for too many toppings. Went to discuss, owner aggressive over the counter. Finally, reimbursed. Horrible experience.
