New owners got rid of the loyalty rewards program. Was here two weeks ago, got My last punch, today 2-17-26 they no longer accept the free sub but said they still will punch it and can be redeemed at the Venice location, but not here in Englewood. Buy 18x $15 subs for one free wasn't even a great deal, just a perk. But in one year they raised prices. My go to was $ 11 (2024) and change now $16 (2025) and some THAT'S 45% INCREASE. Top that off-the grout in the tile floor is turquoise. Its now pitch black packed with nasty. I only know this because just like my rewards card, im a long time customer, previous owner cleaned and it shows

I did go there every Friday night but as of this Friday night I’ll never go back there again the food is good the service was terrible we went in there was a couple ahead of us so we did what normal people do and waited and chatted with the lady mopping the floor while th guy was getting the couple he made sandwiches for check out in the meantime another couple came In and walked right up to the counter and started ordering there sandwiches so I said hey we were next and the couple said we thought you had been served and I said no we were waiting then the guy making the sub looks up and said in an hateful voice do you want me to get yours instead I said in a normal voice no and walked out and won’t ever be back and before you try and say he might not have seen us I call bull he said hi to us as he was making the couple In front of us very bad service I’m not mentioning any name he knows who he is

Definitely better quality than their other location, Key West subs. Also, the presentation when the wrapping was opened showed better. Unfortunately, a couple employees apparently don’t care if they work or not because just don’t seem to care about their job and the quality jobs they’re doing. I’m not saying they don’t push out the food as fast as they can, but it’s not a pleasant place to walk into. Probably not on the top of my list to go back to

I asked if the soup was fresh and was caught by surprise when the lady happily said it’s all canned soup. For a place called “Obees SOUPS subs and salad” that’s mind blowing and honestly quite lazy. If what she said is true, then the soup is clearly a ripoff and customers should be aware. Subs are good.
