Paraiso Mexican Grille And Bar

I ordered and paid online, which the restaurant has set up on their Google page. When I arrived and asked the host for the order, a server sitting across the room started shaking her head “no” at me. The host got another server who told me they don’t take online orders. They said it’s DoorDash’s fault for the confusion, but it’s actually the fault of whoever at the restaurant set up online orders on their Google account. They said they could not give me my money back. They said that this has happens frequently, but yet they refuse to do anything about it. I explained to them three times that they needed to update their Google page, but they continued to blame Doordash. They said there was nothing they could do and did not give me my money back. I left with no food. My husband’s birthday lunch was ruined.

A miss for us tonight. Too bad because we love this place!...Service was disappointing and we felt extremely rushed. Food wasn't up to par and cold. The only plus was the music! Great one man band playing.

Food is just average, not an authentic mexican, price for the tortillas and salsa was extremely expensive, Queso was bland, probably not coming back.

10/10!! Most authentic Mexican food around Englewood. Our server Valerie always does a fantastic job and is always on tops of our needs.

Ordered Chicken in each dish and not sure what type of meat they serve but it was very dark and full of fat in each dish and stuck to your teeth, did not resemble chicken. Our entire meal was completely cold, they set the Fajitas down said they were hot and I could completely pick up the plates with my hands and they were COLD!! Only things that were hot were the tortilla shells. We tried ordering Pork Carnitas they were also out of Pork! After being served what I believe is non temped food that a food inspector would have a hay day about and meat that I’m not sure what it was… we were still presented with a $66 bill for 2 people before tip!!! Guarantee we will never return and we will go back to the New Mexican Restaurant on Gaspirilla Road by Dollar General!!!

Fajitas. Need more flavour very plain blah! Beans good and rice..tortillas corn falling apart..silverware was duty...and I ask for extra plates ..and yuk! Duty both..the water glasses. Very ugly ..need update..very ☹️? not coming back!

The food from the chips and salsa all the way through our entrees was excellent. The blackberry margarita was superlative and generous. Our lunch portions could easily have been dinner portions. You should go. So good. Server was familiar with our gluten free needs.
