So let's really reserve 5 stars for truly top shelf "cuisine." Everything we had was fried, our choice, and it was all decent but it seemed like the food waited for the wings which take longer to cook to be brought out. As you know, calamari is a time bomb and needs to be served right from the fryer. The wings were good, the chicken tenders were very good (important to keep the kids happy.) The service was the thing that needs the most attention. There didn't seem to be any system of who had what tables so there was redundancy with some tables while other tables were neglected. Location, Location, Location will only get you so far although the location is fantastic. Noting like being able to arrive by boat, but if you do, go right to the bar and let then know that you're there, don't just sit down. If a place offers multiple meat options for your tacos, I'll never understand why you can't mix and match, but you can't so know that too. Beer's were fresh and cold in a nice big draft. 6 wings, an order of chicken tenders, calamari that was roughly a solid handful, a soup, 4 drafts and 2 sodas with tip was $86, $103 with tip. We will definitely go back and venture into the broiled fish, we just wanted to give it a stab today.
Kid-friendliness: Good for kids

Great scenic location overlooking the water. Super service from efficient, friendly staff. Good food, tasty, typical Florida fare.

Great food in an unassuming location. The only thing I would’ve changed was the strong odor of fuel that wafted from a nearby pump every so often. But the food was great and the server, who told us he was from Philly, was very friendly and efficient. Some other time we’ll have to visit during the day so we can enjoy the view.

The best burgers and love fried green tomatoes. On water, boat docking available
Don't eat here!!! Food quality is the worse I have seen and if you check out my reviews you will see I am a foodie and my hubby is an executive chef. The Marina is quaint and of course the view is beautiful. The service we had was terrible and made the experience worse. No recovery effort made to correct the problem, but they can't correct poor quality of the products they are using so I give the lousy waitress slack there but she was terrible. Of course I told the manager and all she said was do you want a discount? NO I DONT, I paid the bill in full and left. The manager could have cared less.
Parking: You can park down the road and get a ride in a golf gart to the place.

We went to this restaurant was not very busy. We went up to the hostess stand. I think we waited 10 minutes and the manager who admitted to being drunk, talking to people was loud, rude and obnoxious after our wait he said the restaurant is closed due to the rain, not very professional would not recommend this place
Terrible service and the food could have been better if more effort was put into the selection of products the management chose to use. Using frozen dried out meat for sandwiches does not show me that quality in food product is important to this place. Drinks and music are fun and the views are great but avoid the food!
Very nice place to enjoy lunch with a view. The onion rings were the bomb, the fish chips and cheese steak were ok.

Great food, drinks, service, and music (thanks Kenny Rose). It is always enjoyable to partake in the music selection, because it is the same music we all grew up with. For these same hospitality reasons, we also stay a while longer. Everyone is always welcome and encouraged to at least sing along.

This is where the Locals go…! If you are looking for good food and beverages with THE BEST view across Lemon Bay, do yourself a favor go to Snooks anytime but especially for a Sunset view. There is a new menu that has quality offerings that are sure to please everyone in your group.. A little out of the way is WHY this is where you want to go…Drive through the marina to find dinning under the tiki hut , out overlooking the bay or inside where the staff works hard and fast to take care of your needs.

Loved that would change the special to a salad for me. The Tripletail on a Caesar salad was delicious. Also, absolutely loved the band, The Red Angel Duo, that played. Lots of great songs to dance to.
Vegetarian options: Salads are good. Pescatarian dishes are good.

I think Monday after 4pm is my favorite....30 shrimp 4 different ways $25. When did shrimp get cheaper than wings? LMAO. Great views, boat and car accessible. Has became one of my favorite places for lunch/dinner.... Every server has been on point even when crazy busy. The dolphins came up right by sea wall. We've been there three times, twice by car and once by boat. The boil is probably my second favorite after the shrimp four ways #3 is the fritters. I'm just ranking because I rate places. You can't lose here. Great job Snook's!!!

Food was MEH and the service was worse. The building looked like it was going to fall down, it was filthy and decrepit. One person in our group did not even get their food. The server forgot to put it in, maybe if she didn’t write our orders on a tiny scrap of paper. It took over 1.5 hours to get our food. The fried pickles were shriveled up slivers and were a greasy disappointment. The bowl of soup was the size of a cup at other restaurants, made us wonder what the cup actually was..a ramekin? The portabella mushroom burger was just disgusting it looked like they threw it on the plate. I will never go back!
