I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but all I’m gonna say is that Rhonda needs to get better at her customer service because she really pissed me off and was very rude in the drive-through

Extremely rude I waited 10 minutes in line to order. Till I said, excuse me, is anybody taking orders? I had to repeat myself twice one of the employees turned and said what what we’re busy and stuff but extremely rude. I turned around and I left. This is the second time I come to the Starbucks and the customer service sucks.

James is actually amazing. I had an issue with my coffee and he allowed me to come back and they remade it for me 10 out of 10 he needs a raise. He has amazing customer service skills. Definitely the best Employee that Starbucks has

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid extra money for more caremel and Carmel crunches and this is what I got. I am extremely disappointed on how I paid more and got less. Not only that but they took forever getting me my drink. Rhonda took forever and this is my complaint to her

I just went through the drive-thru in Englewood, I don't go to Starbucks often and usually go to the one in Venice near work, but sometimes my shot of espresso is very overpowering or like liquid at the bottom. I had to call the restaurant to let them know that my coffee was made so amazingly! I don't even know what else to say, it was perfect! I got a caramel ribbon crunch and the consistency and everything about it is delicious! Thank you for helping start my day so great! I hope yours is wonderful!

One of the girls that takes the order makes you repeat yourself and even at that gets your order wrong. And then she makes it seem and tells you that you’re at fault because you were not specific. Horrible attitude and unprofessional!
