Inside cafe seating areas need to be cleaned more regularly. Got there to get some work done and there was a shit ton of random animal fur on the seats and unidentified sticky substances all over the tables. Also a lot of crumbs between the booth seats, which grosses me out. I do not like crumbs. Anyway, please clean it more regularly. That is all

Brunette at the drive thru window on 8/20/24 very rude. Accidentally ordered hot drink instead of cold. Between the eye rolls and attitude in her body language, it was definitely not the typical customer service you would expect from Starbucks. When she did correct the order to make the drinks cold, she gave us the wrong drink completely and I was hesitant to even say a word to her about it, so just dealt with it. People make mistakes in ordering online. Be a little more polite...

This is by far the best Starbucks around here, every time I come the coffee is always great! It’s the only one me and my fiancée will stop at. I went through the drive thru today like usual and I was greeted by Lane, I have seen her multiple times coming thru the drive thru and she always puts a smile on my face she is so sweet and always smiling back! I look forward to all my coffee stops here!
