James is actually amazing. I had an issue with my coffee and he allowed me to come back and they remade it for me 10 out of 10 he needs a raise. He has amazing customer service skills. Definitely the best Employee that Starbucks has

I just went through the drive-thru in Englewood, I don't go to Starbucks often and usually go to the one in Venice near work, but sometimes my shot of espresso is very overpowering or like liquid at the bottom. I had to call the restaurant to let them know that my coffee was made so amazingly! I don't even know what else to say, it was perfect! I got a caramel ribbon crunch and the consistency and everything about it is delicious! Thank you for helping start my day so...
