This is the worst ice cream store in Englewood. The wait takes forever for overpriced little tiny scoops of ice cream and their chintzy on the toppings! Very overpriced! The staff is very rude. They make you feel like it's a privilege to be here and feel they're better than everyone else. They're very rude seemed annoyed by anything you ask them, they're too young! I found an ice cream shop down by Dunkin Donuts!! The Amish make the ice cream homemade and it is to die for!!! The prices are way cheaper!!!

Ordered acai bowls, small and overpriced, the acai base was frozen like a brick. Ordered two whoopie pies, got charged, they didn’t have them. We had to substitute apparently, got a sundae, which wasn’t bad and a cold brownie.

Believe the reviews that say it’s overpriced. I got this regular size tiger tea boba and it was $9.10 which in itself was ridiculous, but on top of that if was almost fully milk, no tea or brown sugar flavor at all. I could have bought 2 gallons of milk for that price and it would’ve tasted the same. I only am giving 2 stars because the atmosphere is great and has a lot of activities to do outside like checkers and connect 4. If you come here dont get boba.

The worst banana split i ever had. 2 scoops of chocolate, 1 scoop of vanilla. Very little pineapple, no strawberries and a little chocolate syrup. Over priced over12 bucks. Big rip off. Never again.

Another must go to on an Englewood vacation. Best ice cream on the planet. Plus they have ice cream treats for the pups.

Very charming outdoor setting to enjoy ice cream and concoctions. The acai bowl was delicious, as was the sorbet. Wish they offered non-dairy ice cream alternatives, such as almond milk or oat milk flavors.

We were excited to stop by here as a family while we were in town. The atmosphere is charming with games to play at the tables and we were excited about the large menu. Unfortunately all of the prices on the menu have been covered up by stickers so you have no idea what you are paying until after you order. There were only two people working there and unfortunately it took them quite a while to get everybody's orders. I cannot have dairy and so I specifically asked if there was any ice cream on the menu that had no dairy. I was expecting that there be very few options, but had seen online that this ice cream place did have non-dairy options. The person at the window told us that there was mango sorbet and so we ordered that. We went to order other things for our kids based on the menu and found out that most of the things we ordered they didn't actually have. It would have been helpful if those things had also been covered up on the menu. We found other things to order and then waited for quite a while for our desserts.
When we went back to the window for our desserts, we found out that they actually did not have any mango sorbet and so by that point there was such a long line. We decided that I would just not have any ice cream. Not the end of the world but certainly disappointing. For three people. We paid over $30... Again, we probably would have ordered slightly differently if we had been able to see the prices on the menu. If we're back in town, I think we'll pick somewhere else next time.

Just ordered an açai bowl expecting it to be rather large or a decent portion for 11.50$
The bow is about 1-1/2” deep and there is barely any açai berry. Change the portion sizes because right now, it’s pure robbery.
You would think after constant reviews like this, they would make adjustments. Clearly not the case.

It's a cute little ice cream spot and I love that they have soft serve. It was eye opening to order 2 small soft serve sundaes for $15 and change. Delicious, but pricey.
