Classic American menu. The french fries were cooked great. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and upcharged for "Cajun" seasoning. I would rather go for a fast food grilled chicken sandwich. The lettuce was not good, and I did not eat it.The atmosphere was a fun bar in the back. I can understand people coming to hang out here, but I wouldn't go for the food.

This place is so unorganized. There is zero supervision. It's all young people with no guidance. They are doing the best they can but have had no training. We tried to call an order in to pick up, but no one answered the phone! After going there to put the order in, I can see why! It is not clear where to go to put an order in. We sat at a table, and there were two servers that walked by us several times. By several, I mean 15 inches with no acknowledgment! Finally, I got up and went to the back where there were 3 young ladies and a young gentleman with a line of tickets and the PHONE that was ringing constantly (they ignored) . They were so confused . Also, when you get a "to go order, be sure to ask for everything you need to go with the food. ie...salad dressing, lettuce and tomato if you get a sandwich, grated cheese for pizza, plastic utensils, (not everyone is taking it home to eat), and when you order the chili the description says it comes with onions, cheese and crackers.. well, you have to ask for these items! And be sure to check the order before leaving because it probably didn't make the bag! All in all, it was a terrible experience. It's a shame!

Ordered pick up got home and ingredients missing on pizza. Wings were like any other place nothing special.I will give a 2nd chance.
I called this place 5x to order takeout. First time rang 25x. Second time they answered after 25 more rings and the girl was screaming at me because of all the background noise in there restaurant. She was saying I can’t hear you. Maybe you should have the phone in a quiet place to talk to customers. She eventually hung up on me. I called back 3more times and they never answered the phone. I’m glad you ignored me because I took my $200 elsewhere and had the best meal ever.Know how to treat your customers you never know who they are. And how much they can influence your business.Can you say customer service training?

Answer your phone !!! First time I called it must have rang 25-30x girl picks up phone with extremely loud noise in the background. She proceeds to tell me she can barely hear me. I said is that a you problem or a me problem. She then hangs up on me. ( great customer service) after waiting 10-15 minutes I proceeded to call back 4x with no answer. For someone new to the area. I will never spend a dime in your business. Great first impressions!!!!Based on the noise in the background I’m guessing you don’t need my business. Good riddance.
