Our pretzels were nice and hot. But the prices are just crazy. ESPECIALLY for not including dipping sauces with the order.

The location closest to our home town doesn’t charge extra for the dipping sauces unless you order extra. Since we didn’t know about it, we ordered them then had to make another transaction.

I'll preface this by saying that Auntie Anne's is my all-time favorite restaurant, and I've never had a negative experience until now. Stopped here for a pretzel while I was waiting on my phone to be repaired at Apple. Just wanted a regular basic salted pretzel. They didn't have any pretzels. Told it would be about 20 minutes before they were finished. What kind of pretzel shop doesn't have pretzels? That's like going into a Starbucks or Dunkin and...

Great Blue Raspberry lemonade slush! It was a hot day at Coconut Point and that drink hit the spot.My friend was taking a class at the Apple store- which has the noise level of a rock concert!I had to get out of there. Auntie Anne's was outside with tables and umbrellas and it was a delightful place to sit and enjoy my lemonade. The ladies working there were friendly and polite which added to the pleasant atmosphere around Auntie Anne's.
