Delivering TO employees here at 8076 and there's even HUGE numbers over their own door, but the address they put in the app was 23106 - way off.I called to make sure I'm going to the right place and the girl kept insisting its 23106. I got OUT of my car far away and walked all around looking for Panera and let her know there IS NO Panera at 23106 but she just wanted to keep insisting she's right.Then she said she'll "Give extra tip" - of COURSE that never happened- but I gave her the out.I told her I'm not looking for more money, I just want to get the delivery to the right placeWhen I arrive, sure enough, HUGE 8076 right above their door.She didn't even want to face me. I was going to ask her to please fix the address in the app but she only had some other employee face me, LOL. And when I tried to explain to that girl the address is wrong, she just so SNOTTILY said, "So?'Young punk kids. - You know what's better than the tip you never should have offered since you didn't follow through? - Attitude adjustments are better than money.

Went in around 8 pm on a Saturday- not busy but first thing I noticed was everyone working was young and actually doing something productive. One young man greeted and took care of me and My questions, another was cleaning the bathrooms, the young lady asked her crew if they were all set before she left her shift. She made sure my order was correct. The food itself was great. Mac n cheese was perfect for anyone and the cup of chicken noodle soup was fresh and tasty. Everyone was kind and professional and I really liked the seating because there was a lot of space. Great experience- will be back

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms; it left me concerned about the kitchen’s hygiene.Also, the portion size of the chicken noodle soup was surprisingly small - it was more like a cup than a bowl. Additionally, the bread seemed stale.Considering the price, I expected a much better experience at Panera Bread.

I have patronized this Panera for years. I have noticed over the past year or so that the quality and commitment to excellence to their products has definitely deteriorated..Their coffee urns are routinely luke warm or empty. My last trip to this or any other Panera was because of a Corporate decision to reduce their already paltry bacon,egg and Asiago on a ciabotta. It is now down to 2 of the thinnest pieces of bacon..Their prices go up and their amounts and service goes way down..I have been a loyal customer and sipper club member. They can keep the remainder of my membership. There are so many other places that are creating wonderful relationships with their customers instead of wringing out as much money from their customers and just giving them the cheapest product that they can get away with...
