Came in and had a nice brunch Italian soup and chicken salad bag of chips and a huge bear claw what a great lunch good location Kristen and the staff absolutely wonderful really hard working girls here thank you so much
Dirty dining area even though no business to speak of. Bear claws used to be much better. Coffee was lukewarm. Replacement was better, but not hot. Cream was empty and young girl refilled. Could have used a wipe down before she handed it to me. Sad, this is in a very prosperous area, they could do much better. Perhaps start with employee training. Now I understand all the negative reviews.

I would say Panera should get off the BREAD. Everything has too much bread. Sandwiches too much bread. Pizza is too thick and not enough focus on ingredients. With Panera it's all about the bread... but it's not. It's about the finished product. Hello. Some of us don't like a lot of bread! Wake up!
