“My wife and I visited Auntie Anne's pretzels at the Miromar Outlet Mall July 2nd on a busy holiday weekend. I was unable to use the app to order a particular pretzel, and asked the young man behind the counter making pretzels if I could just order two almond pretzels and substitute the Pepperoni Pretzel for one of them. He said that would be fine, just come back in 15 minutes after it is baked fresh. Returning a bit later, I prepared my app receipt for proof-of-purchase while waiting inside the air-conditioned store. Offering my place in line to an entering fellow, I learned that I had just met the owner, an even more-handsome version of Hunter S. Thompson himself! He asked about our experience during our visit, and ensured that our order was fresh and correct. This store was extremely busy, and it is refreshing to see a small business owner and staff that make customer service and quality a top priority.“
“Great Blue Raspberry lemonade slush! It was a hot day at Coconut Point and that drink hit the spot.My friend was taking a class at the Apple store- which has the noise level of a rock concert!I had to get out of there. Auntie Anne's was outside with tables and umbrellas and it was a delightful place to sit and enjoy my lemonade. The ladies working there were friendly and polite which added to the pleasant atmosphere around Auntie Anne's.“
