Walked out. I didn't want to harm the owner with less than 5 stars. Reason why I'm telling him that the girls on Saturday at 3pm were no-good. Customer service terrible

The absolute best gelato I have ever had and today I decided to get a sandwich which was delicious. The atmosphere is calm and clean. Everything is made fresh and I can tell that the ingredients are high quality. I recommend everyone to try their sandwiches and not just the amazing gelato!!! 10/10 ???

Accidentally stumbled upon this place while walking through the mall, and we were so glad we stopped for a treat. The gelato seemed a little expensive until we saw just how much they dished into those little containers. It was a lovely experience, and the woman on staff was super nice and friendly. It’s definitely worth it if you’re in need of something sweet!

Located in the Coconut Point Mall in Estero, Florida, Sospiri Italian Cafe and Gelato is an excellent spot to savor a rich espresso and refreshing gelato. In addition to their specialty coffee drinks, they offer a tempting selection of pastries, including cream puffs, mini cannoli, tarts, and mousse.

We had the absolute best experience having Sospiri assemble our wedding cake at our wedding this past weekend. Sticking with our Italian theme, it was the perfect addition and a such fun & special touch. Our friends and family loved it and our siblings joined us to help sprinkle the fruit (with us 4 wearing chef hats!) while everyone sang along & danced to “Che La Luna”. Looking back, it’s already one of our favorite parts of the day. The owners were SO sweet and it’s an experience/memory we will always treasure. We HIGHLY recommend them and are so happy they were available for our date. The cake was also delicious! One of the best we’ve ever tasted. :)

Is a cozy quiet place, wonderful is not the proper word for it, the ice creams are to lick your lips and the coffee is ... coffee. Not Starbucks nor anything, just a wonderful steamy creamy expresso, pls people don't come here, is just to go to be true!

Our guests LOVED the gelato and expresso cart, and it was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! Mauro and wife Antonella was very responsive with any questions/emails throughout the entire process, which was extremely helpful. She was so sweet to work with! The gelato was obviously delicious, and there were so many good flavors for us to choose from. I highly recommend the Sospiri and would use again for any event.

We won't be back. Not impressed by the few flavors we tried, and what we actually got turned out to be a disappointment. Melted in a different, bad way than what we've had both in Italy and at good gelato places in the US.
The gelato at sospiri Italian cafe is amazing and very tasty . It's made daily and the flavors they do have are great . Good quality gelato . With this said the fact that they only give you one opportunity with a tiny sample spoon to try the flavors is disappointing to say the least . Some times spoons they tell you run out and your family doesn't have the ability to taste any flavor at all. Two gelatos small tiny cups are $12. Worth it and be ready to pay of course . Service is good . The owner would do himself a service and allow the girls to always work the front . He is better at the back making gelato . Is the truth . Plenty of outside patio seating . Clean place
