JoeB and Lindsey were outstanding servers. They were friendly, courteous and very attentive. They made excellent meal recommendations and the food was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The hostess who sat us was great too along with the lady who brought the food out to our table.

Wish we had gone someplace else for dinner. The restaurant was fairly empty, yet the service was terrible. The food was mediocre and one dish had to be sent back because the fish was inedible.

We went to South Fork Grille for a Friday night out. Our waitress was a delight! The food that we ordered was simply delicious and we even got to talk to the Chef. The prices are very reasonable Try it you will love it!

Same day reservation, easy to reserve, lots of parking, server sat us right away. We were in a group so I got to try a lot of stuff. I liked all of the foods I tried: bread in a basket, calamari, arancini balls, beet salad, scallops, and bread pudding. They had a lot of cocktail and drink options. I liked the Long Island theme. I really appreciated that they didn't rush us to leave because I was with business guests.

As a year-round local who has supported and recommended this restaurant to many friends and visiting family, I was really disappointed by my most recent visit.

My partner and I arrived for dinner at 8:26 PM — well within their posted hours, which say open until 10:00 PM. Upon entering, the bartender saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. There was a couple having drinks at the bar, but otherwise no host or staff in sight. We waited, then my partner flagged down a waitress to ask for a table. She told us she needed to check with the manager — which already felt off.

When the manager came over, she informed us the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes. I mentioned that their Google listing shows a 10 PM closing time. Her response? “It’s been slow, so we decided to close early.” No apology, no concern — just a shrug.

We decided not to stay since the kitchen was closing early anyway, and the manager made no effort to engage further or offer a solution. We simply walked out.

This isn’t how you treat guests — especially local, repeat customers. Closing 90 minutes early with no notice isn’t just bad business; it’s misleading. If you want to close early, update your hours online and on-site. Otherwise, people make plans and waste their time.

I hope management takes this seriously. This kind of customer service leaves a bad impression — and it's the kind of thing that keeps people from coming back.

We come here every year we come to Naples. This year was not a disappointment again and the Lamb shanks were spectacular. The service was friendly and very cooperative. You can’t beat the early dining for $49 including an entrée for two and a bottle of wine. One would think that for this price, your food would be a little substandard. Not the case here the food was exceptional and we will be back every chance we get when we come to Naples.

INSTANT MASHED POTATOES! I guess my mistake in thinking this was an upscale restaurant! Hahaha!
We went on mother's day and it was not busy at all, yet our server was too busy to check on us more than once after receiving our food!
Our table was the only one with no table cloth, the little candle thing had a dead fly in it and since our server was so absent, we had to swap it out ourselves!
Brussel sprouts were good but the coconut shrimp was only four pieces, and chewy, normal sized shrimp! Disappointing again!
Server did not communicate to us that when you switch from soda to tea that you will be charged! The money wasn't the issue, it's just that I feel that a server should communicate extra charges to the guests!
Finally! Imagine my disappointment in receiving a thin slice of Mahi on top of INSTANT MASHED POTATOES!
We won't be back and will not recommend this restaurant to others!

I am from the area. I have lived here for about 15 yrs. I love to try new restaurants. One thing I noticed from the beginning is the staff is super friendly when you come in. Another observation is that the staff does chat about how much they dislike their position and jobs opening in the main area. Staff seems unaware of their surroundings. It brings a lot of negative energy into the atmosphere. I understand that working as a waiter is super difficult but it is also concerning that the staff isn't happy. I don't want this to be a reflection of the staff but of the atmosphere they maybe subjected to. This isn't on them. I think they need a pick me up and to be appreciated more. Loved the location and the food!

This is a new favorite when we are in town! Our group went as a group of 4. We did the early evening special with a couple of appetizers. Each couple did the 2 entrees and a bottle of wine special for $49. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house wines and the entrees. The short rib gnocchi was perfectly cooked. The mussels were to die for!

I also cannot leave out Victoria our server. She was wonderful! She immediately connected with our table, had great rapport with our group and she was very attentive. Definitely ask for her!

Last night we had dinner at South Fork Grille. It was busy and yet Katiana was able to seat us quickly with our indoor reservation. We had out of town family with us so this was great. Anthony was our server and he could not have worked harder at making sure we were happy with our food and drink. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a server. South Fork is always consistent with its food and a great place to take guests.
