I feel like this is the coldest and most unpleasant feeling store in the area. Not because of service, but the atmosphere. It feels very dark, stark and cold with no art on the walls and extreme minimalist design.

Used the drive-thru here and it was very quick and efficient. The only issue that came up was that the payment method for phone app wasn’t working at the window so they had to scan my app inside. The drinks were great! Will stop here again.
Honestly, morning crew is great. I've never had any issues with the orders being correct and the service is excellent. The night crew is a different story. Service is lacking significantly, 15-20 min wait times to place an order, staff don't understand their own menu, kids temp drinks made extremely hot and outside of kids temp range. As a retired barista, I have no issues pointing out the night crews inifiefencies. They need a stronger shift supervisor to get things in order.

If I had to choose a location that models the vibe and atmosphere of how all the starbucks should be. It would be this location. This location is an absolute vibe. I have been working in the area the past week and have utilized this location to just come in grab a coffee and snack and do some work and for a couple days just grab and go. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and fun! And I say this so highly because the week previously I worked in Tampa and those starbucks employees hated their job 🙃. But anyways, the vibe waz vibin, the music, the atmosphere all was awesome. Thank you for a great experience.

This location has been so convenient for me since I work in the same plaza. I used to order coffee and food every morning , I had spent lots of money on it. Unfortunately they never get to do my coffee right!! I had to return it multiple times and I hate it specially when they’re busy. Always pay for extra cold foam and caramel drizzle !!! Never had extra cold foam and none of caramel 🙄. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I rather go across the street and get Dunkin ( not the same ) but at least they get it done right. 😒

I go here all the time and it is my absolute favorite! The drinks and food are always made perfectly and promptly. I often have to order a lot of drinks and they are always nice about it. Love all of the people who work here and the manager is amazing. Love it!
