Honestly, morning crew is great. I've never had any issues with the orders being correct and the service is excellent. The night crew is a different story. Service is lacking significantly, 15-20 min wait times to place an order, staff don't understand their own menu, kids temp drinks made extremely hot and outside of kids temp range. As a retired barista, I have no issues pointing out the night crews inifiefencies. They need a stronger shift supervisor to get things in order.

If I had to choose a location that models the vibe and atmosphere of how all the starbucks should be. It would be this location. This location is an absolute vibe. I have been working in the area the past week and have utilized this location to just come in grab a coffee and snack and do some work and for a couple days just grab and go. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and fun! And I say this so highly because the week previously I worked in Tampa and those starbucks employees hated their job đ. But anyways, the vibe waz vibin, the music, the atmosphere all was awesome. Thank you for a great experience.

This location has been so convenient for me since I work in the same plaza. I used to order coffee and food every morning , I had spent lots of money on it. Unfortunately they never get to do my coffee right!! I had to return it multiple times and I hate it specially when theyâre busy. Always pay for extra cold foam and caramel drizzle !!! Never had extra cold foam and none of caramel đ. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I rather go across the street and get Dunkin ( not the same ) but at least they get it done right. đ

I go here all the time and it is my absolute favorite! The drinks and food are always made perfectly and promptly. I often have to order a lot of drinks and they are always nice about it. Love all of the people who work here and the manager is amazing. Love it!

Starbucks more like subpar bucks didnât have my favorite drink the caramel ribbon crunch they said they ran out of Frappuccino. How does that happen? And the store is crowded. Service was nice

I live literally right next to this location and when my momâs in town she walks to come here. This morning (9/7/24) around 8 am we got some coffee before heading to Miami for the day and whoever was working the window was amazing. She was blonde with a black rimmed hat on, we wished we got her name but unfortunately we were in a rush. My mom felt really moved by her positive attitude so early in the morning. We both will continue to come back to this location due to all of the positive energy that is flowing from staff. My mom is a cancer survivor so she starts everyday in a good mood and continues to try her best to make a good impact on anyoneâs life since you never know what someone else is going through. This Starbucks continues to outshine any other Starbucks we have been to. I donât ever write reviews but today I knew I wanted to. And to the girl who was working the window, thank you for being an inspirational person. You might not think that what you do is all that but every small encounter can greatly impact someone.

Totally fine to be busy, but as soon as I pulled up they said âyouâre going to have to waitâ. All good. After waiting, I went up to pay and before I even clicked anything, she said âyou arenât going to tipâ. I always do but that was rude to even ask.
