i am a regular at this jersey mikes, the food and customer service has always been great, the staff has made me feel like one of their own. as a customer, i feel bad for the employees and customers they have to put up with. it's crazy how entitled people think they are. overall great food!
Who else does service and food faster and better than any Jersey Mike's that I've visited? In my opinion, not many. This location is relatively new, and I wish that it had existed when I was a student in my 20s at FGCU (We didn't have many options back then!). The food is absolutely amazing and fresh, and I could eat one of these hoagies every day if I lived close enough. I love this store. The managers are great, the food is amazing, the service is fantastic. I appreciate Mateo’s customer service along with the other managers. I came into the store not having a good day, but when I left, I left with a smile. Thank you for having smiles on your faces and being kind and courteous. I will definitely return again another day.
