Waited about 30 mins not bad for dinner we get sat and our waiter comes to get our drink orders which were from the bar 15 mins go by still no drink or bread but I can see our drinks sitting at bar getting water downed. After we finally get our drinks I ask for a water which took about another 15 mins to get. Then when we go to order food I ask about shellfish allergy and our waiter didnt even seem to know what it was and then poceeded to tell us that they use the same oil for everything so we couldn't order anything that was fried. She proceeded to tell us if we ordered pasta she'd make note to the kitchen to be cautious. Then on another note our waiter was blatantly picking which table to cater to more. With the table next to us getting sat after and ordered after but got their drinks before us and food before us. Not sure what the problem was ive been to this location in the past and have had fantastic service but this was the worst experience I've had in a while. Side note definitely not recommended for allergies especially shellfish ones.

Food is good, but overpriced. The drinks are always terrible and insanely expensive. $17 for an old fashioned that’s 90% fruit juice? Crazy… cheesecake is tasty of course and if you get a dish that’s good it’s not too bad, but their pricing recently is crazy

First time we went It was crowded and the food wasn’t great but the waiter was good.. second time we waited forever for our food and the food wasn’t good again… don’t waste your time there are better restaurants In the area… chaotic atmosphere loud and food isn’t good.

Avoid this location and just go to the Naples location. It’s worth more of your time and money.

So let start by saying that not taking reservations for party's over 6 makes no sense. That would be the biggest reason to take big party reservations. As so you don't wait 1 1/2 hours for a table like we did. We all showed up at 5:30 party of 8 for my daughter's birthday. After our long wait for a table that another set of 8 was settled before us because they complained more then us. We finally got seated. The waiter came over after 15 minutes to take our drink order. 15 minutes after that we got our drinks non alcoholic at that. 20 to 30 min after that he came back for food orders. Food came out pretty fast but was absolutely nothing worth writing home about mediocre at best. After all was said and done it was close to 9:00. Absolutely horrible experience. And I already know I'm going to get the typical sorry for your experience please give us another chance. Let me just say not a chance life is way to short to go through that again for just ok food.

Brand new Cheesecake Factory. Everything was on point. Ralph suggested the Buffalo Blast. It's chicken and cheese in a wonton wrap deep fried in a batter. Perfect Appetizer.

I am not sure if it was a bad dish or what but I got the taquitos and they were very greasy. the margarita i had was also off though I can't place my finger on as to why. We went for my grandma's birthday and I was a little let down. They are good at letting you know about dietary restricted options on their online menu though. I have never seen a better online menu

Glad they're open in Estero now but the place is about a 1/3rd of the size, way too small. It will be a nightmare here in season. But hey it's the Cheesecake Factory, you're here to eat enough calories to be chased by a pack of rabid dogs on the way out the door. A whole day's worth of calories in a single slice of red velvet, yum. Order off the "skinnylicious" menu if you're on heart medication, and let's be honest, most of you boomers down here are ?
