I called to see if there was outdoor seating so I could bring our dog with us . The answer that was given to me, if it's not a service dog, you cannot have the dog sit outside while you eat. I have never heard that the animal could not be outside.
Guess we won't be going to Cheesecake Factory anytime soon.

I’ve been eating at the cheesecake factory probably for over 40 years. I will tell you the amount of times I go continues to diminish my adult handicap kid enjoy certain items from this menu because they are familiar to him so I continue to order from here even though I continue to be disappointed. I guess I would call this restaurant like many other the Covid affect higher prices poor quality ingredients and smaller portions seems to be status quo in this day and age. I’m not bitter. I just feel very confident that all restaurants are subject to success or failure based on how they treat their customers. I ordered my son chicken Madeira with mashed potatoes this time it came with two pieces of chicken that were dry and hard and yes, I get the dinner portion not the lunch so I know there’s differences the other day. I ordered him a chicken quesadilla with french fries the quesadilla barely had any chicken. It should’ve been a two dollar quesadilla from chipotle and it ended up being over $20 for a quesadilla and french fries again I usually don’t like to post negative reviews as I said they’re open and successful for a reason outside of my contributions however, there are so many other better options to eat at in my opinion

On September 11, my mom, kids, and I ate at this Cheesecake Factory. I usually enjoy this chain, but this was the first time I’ve had an issue. I ordered the Poke Nachos, and when they arrived, they were missing the poke and the avocado was black. After sending it back, the dish returned with only about 8 small pieces of poke 98% of it was just chips. I never received the fresh avocado I asked for either.

Later that night, I became very sick with severe stomach cramps and discomfort that lasted for several days, which I believe came from the poke.

I would strongly recommend removing the Poke Nachos from the menu. They’re not worth the price, the portion of fish is minimal, and the quality did not seem fresh.

Food was ok. Atmosphere was ok. Food prices were pricey for what we ordered. Waitress was not very to be working. Not sure I would return.

The biggest complaint all night was they wanted to eat it all because it was so good, but they couldn't finish it. Massive menu, large portions, delicious dessert.

I am so disappointed in my experience at this location. It went very well at first. We made a reservation at 8:30 tonight and we were seated on time, although it took 10 minutes for our server to come to our table we didn't mind at all (because we knew it was busy). We got our drinks and bread, ordered, everything was great. The food came out in a timely manner and was decently okay (I just didn't like what I ordered but it was made correctly and came out hot, no complaints here). What really went bad was after we were done eating. We sat at our table waiting 30 minutes for our server, Sylvia, to ask for a box. We didn't get any refills for drinks or anything, even during our meal. At this point, the restaurant slowed down and there was a lot less people. After those 30 minutes went by, we asked for boxes and the cheesecake menu. 20 minutes later and we have our boxes but we're still waiting for the cheesecake menu and our check. Still nothing. After our server came back, we asked for the menu again. It took ANOTHER 15 minutes after the second time we asked to get the menu. There is SIGNIFICANTLY less people in the restaurant and it isn't busy at all anymore. At that point we gave up and looked up the menu on our phone. Not once did the waitress apologize for forgetting or anything. What makes it worse is that when she came over to drop off our change from the check, she shorted us a dollar. Are you kidding me?? After waiting for a while for MENUS and you're going to short us too?? Ain't no way. I know a dollar might not mean anything to the cheesecake factory but this place is already as expensive as it is and we had crappy service for how much we paid for this meal. i hope this is taken as a learning moment for this waitress 🤷‍♀️ do better.

We were there when there was only 1 bartender, she was doing her best but slammed. Our appetizer never got put in so we ended up just cancelling it. By the time we got our food it was cold. Bartender was doing her best but clearly needed more help. Also our cheesecake was pitiful 😂

Absolutely finished with this location. Repeat after repeat terrible visits. I ordered for pick up, the dish I ordered has a teriyaki glaze sauce drizzled on top. I asked for the dish to be made without it. Guess what? I come in to pick up and it’s got the teriyaki glaze drizzled right on top. I know this sounds silly but it’s every visit, where something isn’t right. Stay far far away

I've visited this place numerous times, and the food has always been excellent, which I truly appreciate. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the server. She seemed a bit rude and not quite in the mood to serve us, which was surprising. I understand that everyone can have an off day, so I don’t want to single her out. I still tipped 30% as I usually do, and I genuinely hope she’s feeling better and has a more positive attitude next time.

Had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our waitress, Sydney, was mediocre at best—no smile, no greeting like “how are you,” and zero customer service skills. She shouldn’t be in this role without better training in customer relations.

At the end, they automatically added a tip to the bill, and when I asked her to adjust it (since it says the tip is suggested), she refused, claiming she couldn’t. Won’t be back. 1 star.

Food was phenomenal as always. Our waiter John (JC) was literally the best waiter I’ve encountered. He was attentive, polite, funny and friendly. He made our experience delightful! Restaurant was clean except for the women’s bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the food and service. If we’re in the area again, we will stop by.
