10 of us went for Happy Hour. We split up: 2 at bar, 2 at hightop, 6 at table in bar area. We all had good food and good service. Shoutout to bartender Josh for great drinks and service!

The desert was good, and I'll leave it at that.

Miss Kaelley K wasn't just a server; she was the heart of our dining experience! Our glasses never touched empty, she anticipated our needs with such care, and her sunny, sweet disposition brightened our whole meal. She truly stands out as the best service we've ever received – a ray of sunshine in a gray world, making us feel so special and welcome. The food was wonderful, but the service was exceptional, which is the most important thing to me. Kaelley truly made our night special and she stands out from the crowd and I hope she get’s the recognition she deserves.

I asked them to hold the onions. They brought out a burger with extra onions melted into the cheese. My meal was simply inedible. The waitress was kind enough to try an ameliorate the circumstances, but her charming demeanor was not enough to compensate for a bad dining experience. Would not repeat.

The staff we interacted with were professional and warm and my wife and I enjoyed interacting with them (especially Jasmine, who served us and did an amazing job).

The food, however, was awful. My wife's Brut champagne was flat and discolored. The Michelob beer I ordered came in a lukewarm glass, despite me asking for a chilled one. The mushroom appetizer was scalding hot and mostly flavorless. It tasted like we were eating a mop head. I ordered steak frites and asked for medium-rare. The steak was extremely small, gristly and over-cooked, and the fries were cold and tasteless. My wife ordered a Mexican salad which she enjoyed, but she also ordered a side of fries which came out extremely cold and chewy, which I asked Jasmine to send back. I never, EVER send food back and normally resort to just eating whatever comes out, but it's clear the fries served to us had been sitting for a very long time.

The spacing of when we got our appetizers to when our actual entree showed up was uncomfortably long.

The last thing that really bothered me was how silverware was handled. The utensils were just placed on the table by themselves. They were not wrapped in a napkin with care which is what I am accustomed to seeing at literally every restaurant I eat at. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if I saw visual evidence of the table surfaces being sanitized in between guests, but this was not the case AT ALL in the time that we dined there. A party would leave, the table would be cleared of the plates, utensils etc, but I witnessed zero wiping down or sanitization of the table at all. The dirty table was immediately festooned with loose forks and knives and ready for the next customer, who inevitably took their spot at that same dirty table a mere 60 seconds later. To be frank, it was disgusting. My tab with a 25% tip to our server was just shy of $200, and I feel like I was robbed. This was easily the worst dining experience I have ever had as an adult and we will not be back. We drove 35 minutes expected to be delighted and treated well and instead were left with a dining experience that felt akin to a McDonald's but priced like fine dining.

The front of house hostess (whose name I did not recall) was very professional, engaging, and excellent.

1/10/26 was very excited to eat here for the first time. We got on the waitlist, time we waited was consistent with what the hostess told us. Hostess was very sweet even in such a hectic situation (restaurant was packed).
We were seated in a two person booth towards the back right of the restaurant. As we were waiting for the waitress, a small roach was crawling on the wall near the booth seat. 1. It was a baby roach meaning there’s more 2. If it made it out on to the floor, I can only imagine what the kitchen might have. We informed the waitress and just left.

We’ve been this location a few times. We were so excited to hear it was opening in Estero because we love the food and menu and Naples is so far away. Unfortunately we had a less than great experience tonight. My family came to celebrate Christmas because my son was in the hospital last week so we had to do it later on. We arrived at 4 and were told it would be about a 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes we checked on the table and they said they’re just waiting on someone to leave. I checked on the table again after another 20 minutes and then they said that they were waiting on a server to start their shift at 4:45. I thought that was strange considering we got there at 4 and should have been sat by 4:20 but it then turned into 4:45. We finally got our table and service was so slow. When our entrees came, my step moms rib eye was ice cold. My moms food was cold as well. My grandma’s was warm but you could literally see the crust on the mashed potatoes from how long it was sitting in the window. We immediately told our server about the cold food. A manager came by and was not very apologetic or accommodating. She asked if she wanted it remade but everyone was starving and she knew that by time time new food came out everyone else would be finished based off the wait time so far. The manager said she would box the food for her and give her a Caesar salad. I was pretty surprised that there was not one ribeye on the grill that they could offer her. So instead of eating delicious food with her family, she picked at a Caesar salad that she didn’t want. We were also surprised that it was still on the bill and not even at a discounted price if it couldn’t be removed. We didn’t argue because we had been there for 3 hours and our one year old was getting very antsy. I will say that our server was very kind but not impressed with how management handled that situation or the wait times at all. We will definitely drive to the Naples location from now on.

Shitty service by a server and then tea got poured on my father’s leg. Think twice food was good that’s all that I could say. Now my father is pissed off and the manager did such a lack luster job. Who trained these people.

Deliciously princely. I refuse to pay again almost $13 for a piece of cheesecake.

Food was excellent and the service was good. Even though the menu is huge, every single thing I have tried at the CCF has been excellent. Today my mother and I tried the burgers and once again, they were fantastic. And as always, the cheesecake was amazing.

Food and service were really pretty good. It is very cold in there and it was pretty crowded, I recommend bringing at least a sweater with you. There were a couple kids screaming in there which was a little distracting but that is not the restaurants fault.

I called to see if there was outdoor seating so I could bring our dog with us . The answer that was given to me, if it's not a service dog, you cannot have the dog sit outside while you eat. I have never heard that the animal could not be outside.
Guess we won't be going to Cheesecake Factory anytime soon.

I’ve been eating at the cheesecake factory probably for over 40 years. I will tell you the amount of times I go continues to diminish my adult handicap kid enjoy certain items from this menu because they are familiar to him so I continue to order from here even though I continue to be disappointed. I guess I would call this restaurant like many other the Covid affect higher prices poor quality ingredients and smaller portions seems to be status quo in this day and age. I’m not bitter. I just feel very confident that all restaurants are subject to success or failure based on how they treat their customers. I ordered my son chicken Madeira with mashed potatoes this time it came with two pieces of chicken that were dry and hard and yes, I get the dinner portion not the lunch so I know there’s differences the other day. I ordered him a chicken quesadilla with french fries the quesadilla barely had any chicken. It should’ve been a two dollar quesadilla from chipotle and it ended up being over $20 for a quesadilla and french fries again I usually don’t like to post negative reviews as I said they’re open and successful for a reason outside of my contributions however, there are so many other better options to eat at in my opinion
