I will tell you the amount of times I go continues to diminish my adult handicap kid enjoy certain items from this menu because they are familiar to him so I continue to order from here even though I continue to be disappointed. We were there when there was only 1 bartender, she was doing her best but slammed. Our appetizer never got put in so we ended up just cancelling it. By the time we got our food it was cold. Bartender was doing her best but clearly needed more help. Also our cheesecake was pitiful 😂
I've visited this place numerous times, and the food has always been excellent, which I truly appreciate. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the server. She seemed a bit rude and not quite in the mood to serve us, which was surprising. I understand that everyone can have an off day, so I don’t want to single her out. I still tipped 30% as I usually do, and I genuinely hope she’s feeling better and has a more positive attitude next time.
