This location is famous for giving mummified fries. Consistency of hard potato sticks or preztels. Not sure if they're leaving food under the heat lamps for hours on end or double/triple dunking but mind your teeth and gums. OUCH! The sauce won't save you...

I went to the Eustis restaurant today and did a mobile order. My chicken sandwich was not made how I ordered it. I came inside to get it fixed and when I walked in the door I heard an employee say " we've got an angry customer." I wasn't angry I just wanted my food how I ordered it. The woman who helped me was very rude and acted like I ordered wrong even though I had the receipt showing that I hadn't. She did correct the mistake but wasn't nice about it. Do yourself a favor and go to the Apopka location if you're craving Arby's. I won't be back to the Eustis location

Still here right now I have watched a man wait for his food because of the manager right now at 6:35. She has done nothing but cause drama between her and her peers and I still receive my food within 15 minutes and this man was waiting 45 minutes before he received his phone. Worst experience ever only because of the management the team otherwise has performed very well. The management that is an intro right now on March 7 at 6:37. Nova

The last 3 times I went there they had no salt ! I go once a week ,today I was told they won't be supplying salt packets anymore but have pepper? Really ! I complained and the girl came back with a little container with salt in it and said I'm not supposed to do this but here's some salt! Not happy how much can salt packets cost very disappointing

I am big on customer service and this place lacks that completely. The girl who took my order was so rude. Maybe she was mad that I was using a coupon, idk but worst experience here ever! I had a coupon for up to 3 $6 bed and cheddar meals so I ordered two. For one of the drinks, I asked for strawberry lemonade. She said it would be an up charge which I told her I was fine with. I asked her if she could put one splash of peach into my strawberry lemonade and that I wouldn’t mind paying. She got nasty and said no because they can’t ring it up. I said that’s fine, please add a small peach lemonade for me so I can mix them myself. I asked for light ice in both meal drinks and no ice in the peach lemonade and she got nasty again telling me they aren’t allowed to do light ice and have to fill the cup with ice before adding the drinks. I explained to her that my Husband and I have sensitive teeth to cold which is why I’m asking for light ice and she got nasty about it again. Well, my Husband and I come here all the time. Her rudeness and refusal to give us light ice is why y’all just lost our business. I’d rather drive farther to an Arby’s to get great customer service than to spend one more penny to have to deal with rude people like her.
