“We came here via pontoon boat with a large party. The service was pretty good, but the food came out a bit cold and one of the orders was forgotten or left sitting and came out when we were ready to leave which was disappointing. If we come back in the future I'll change the rating to five stars if things are different as the flavor of some of the food was good. We had the herb Cajun redfish with asparagus. I must say the baked potato was completely dry and room temperature and I would not order it again. Stevie/ Steven was our server and was quick and attentive with drink refills and did his best with our large party along with another lady who was helping. I would guess that if it were not for the fact of us being in a large party the few problems I mentioned would not have existed and I definitely recommend giving them a try!”

“I was a regular patron of this restaurant under the previous ownership. It was my favorite place for Mexican cuisine in Lake Co. So when I discovered it was under new management I was thoroughly disappointed. That all changed this evening when I actually took my family in for an early dinner. It was around 5 p.m. and we had the entire place to ourselves. My wife and I had the three-enchilada dinner with beans and rice, and a side of guacamole. I tried one of each enchilada offered: chicken, beef, and cheese. They were all delicious! The guacamole, while not quite the same as the previous owner's, was also very good. Salsa and chips: delicious. My son had the quesadilla and was also unexpectedly impressed (at first he said nothing on the menu looked exciting enough for him. After eating he quickly changed his mind). In short, this will be my new go-to Mexican place in this area. Better Mexican food than anything else around here. Highly recommended!!!”

“I had just gotten out of A1 Automotive Center and wanted to get something quick nearby before heading to work. This spot popped up on Google maps so I figured I'd try it because I'll always prefer to support a local small business instead of a chain.

I had just one minute of a hard time finding it only because it doesn't have huge signage like the other shops of the plaza. It's on the corner of the plaza directly to the side of the pizza shop.

I received a VERY warm welcome from everyone (patrons AND owner) as I walked in. Vibe ✔!

“I've lived here for 12 years and had never gone in because the building from the outside looks like a fine dining restaurant, meaning you would get dressed up to go there. My friend took me there because she wanted to get a gyro and said that they had good food and good service. When I walked in I couldn't believe it!!! It was so casual in the setting was like a pizzeria. The service was excellent, the food was excellent! They do sell pizza, specialty sandwiches, spaghetti and other items. I had the lasagna, because that is my ultimate favorite dish. It was awesome! Prices are very reasonable. I can't believe that I've overlooked this little gem of a restaurant. This is my new favorite place to go to!”

“Ate at Awwal Curry House today. This was the best Indian food I have ever had. We bought the Thali dish. The chicken tasted fresh. The food was not overly oily, and the flavors were excellent. The owners running the restaurant were very nice. Excellent customer service. This is a small shop in an indoor Market, and we will be returning soon. They have a variety of dishes. Prices were reasonable. I would give this a 5-star rating.”

The coffee is in between commercial and specialty coffee. And the prices are…specially high.

“This place has the best authentic Mexican food . We had the enchiladas with the rice and beans. Also had the tongue tacos and the Cabeza tacos. So good. The food was amazing. Definitely a taste of Mexico. It's a small place. Only 6 tables but also doubles as a meat market. The staff was super friendly. Did not have a long wait for our food. Maybe twelve minutes or so, considering all the people that were coming in for take out. This will be my go to place for Mexican food. Definitely a hidden gem.”

It includes the sandwich, chips of choice, cookie of choice and a drink. There are many options for take and bake meals the are also delicious and easy to make. Location is clean.
