“Although the food is very good - the service needs improvement, took 15 min to get a drink , and it wasn't that crowded , while we watched the bartender gabbing with costumers , I ordered a French Bordeaux, it was served warm , I may sound like a prude but when they charge $20 a grass it should be done right, it a nice place and I will return but just saying.”

“We are sooo... lucky to have Oakwood right here in Eustis. We've had some great BBQ in our lives, and Oakwood is some of the best. Wifey thinks their ribs (special $ during the week) are as good - or even better ! - than back home in Chi-town. That's a real compliment. Their pulled pork sandwich special (includes a side and a soft drink) is well worth it and delicious. Strongly recommend. Love their takeout. People are helpful and friendly.”

“Really awesome food. Always feel it kind of a bit overpriced but that doesn't deter us. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is the one thing each waiter has seemed to not fully listen to our request with our orders. The is no issues taste wise or portion related. But, every time we go there we ask for them not to put certain toppings on our food and they almost get it right but there is always one of the few things on the food that we had asked to be removed from the dish. (For example please no sour cream, cilantro sauce, or guacamole please. And there will still have one thing that you didn't ask for on the food out of the three) but it's not the end of the world. Doesn't stop us from really enjoying the food.Parking: There is a lot of parking in the big field or lot across the street. Just have to do a little walking. If you get lucky you can get one of the few spots in the back entrance area when not super busy. Same with the front entrance which is on grove (it could be bay but I think bay street is the north side) street there is a few parallel parking spots only.Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn't seem to have a lot of wide enough spaces and I think there is a step or two down once you get in the door . I could be wrong.”

“My husband's Italian was so big he could barely get it in his mouth. My Philly was very good. One of the employees suggested spicy sauce ? it was yummy. Prices were great especially for the serving sizes!!”

“Went here Easter weekend with my 9 year old. Ordered two 10 inch pizzas to eat in and have leftovers. She had cheese pizza, I had Margarita pizza. Both were excellent, with fresh ingredients and handmade crusts. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming, waitress was very attentive and friendly. Pizzas were $10.99 each but tea and soda was a little pricey at $4. We enjoyed our meal and will be back, hopefully next time the guy behind us wont be loudly spewing the F word!P.S. It's in the old breakfast place on side road off 44, not much street parking but we walked from the park.”

“The best Mexican in town. New name: Masters. The birria tacos are incredible! (think pot roast tacos, w beef au jus dip.) The barbacoa - all the meat is so much better, & higher quality, than other places in town. Even the beans and rice are great! Ice cream, rice drinks”

“I love this place! You have to call and check if they are open before you go because it is family owned and run, and sometimes life happens, which we all know. The first thing the owner does upon your arrival is alert you about the wait, they take to go orders all the time and it is first come first serve. We don’t mind the weight because the food is that good. Our longest wait there was 45 minutes and we were warned and ok with waiting. Our food is always steamy hot and the serving size is enough for seconds! My favorite dish is Thai fried rice with chicken. I’ve had drunken noodles, Tom Yum soup, Tom Kha soup, volcano chicken, teriyaki chicken, pho, pineapple fried rice, basil fried rice, pad Thai, yellow curry, mango sticky rice, and so many delicious dishes. I recommend this place and I take my family there when they come and visit.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes are vegetarian, with the option to add protein, tofu, or extra vegetables”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience here last evening. We were looking for sushi and an alternative as he isn’t into sushi, and this was just the spot. Our server, Victoria, was super attentive and sweet and made sure we were satisfied with our dinner experience. From the drinks, (lychee martini and beer), to the appetizer (vegetable gyoza) and both entrees, sushi and a noodle dish (chicken udon) for the hubs, everything was excellent! I absolutely loved the sushi. I got the passionate tuna roll and a Philadelphia roll. Excellent quality and flavor. So glad we found a quality sushi place close to us! We will definitely be back!!!”

“I ordered a hot Americano and an iced Mocha. The Americano was very good with smooth taste. The iced Mocha wasn't iced at all, just cold from the milk used. It lost its flavor when it reached ambient temp. There is plenty of seating in the food hall and also plenty of parking.”

“I had seen this bakery on a Google search and decided to add it to my to try list. I knew they were closed on Saturday (I thought I could stop by but no luck), so this time I was around on a Sunday and gave it a shot.It is a small bakery and you can tell the bread is made there. They seem to run out pretty fast, so to get the best selection you will need to get there early. I stopped close to 4pm and they had a limited selection.The girl will bag the bread for you, you just have to point or tell her what you want. I did not like that she gave me what she reached instead of the one I told her I wanted.The bread is flavorful, fresh and it will satisfy your Mexican bread craving.Now that Mexican bread is not sweet like American pastries, so you won't find that flavor profile here. I like Mexican sweet bread, so it is perfect for me.”

“The Eustis Foxtail serves THE BEST double shot Cuban coffee we've had - a skillfully prepared blend of coffee balanced perfectly with cane sugar to create the signature tangy, sweet Cuban espresso shot. The baristas, Kai and Ten, are masters. They also warmly welcome each customer and, more often than not, they remember each personal order. There are other Foxtail shops, but take it from us, the Eustis shop with Kai and Ten and their team is the ONLY place to get the perfect coffee served up with the most courteous and friendliest smiles. “Wow!! A true French Bakery! It surprised us upon entering the door. We were amazed at all the Fabulous French Antiques and Decor. The simplicity yet Glamorous atmosphere throughout the store is like a trip abroad. Oh...don't even get me started on the sweet treats and Breads. For my sister and I it was a trip down memory lane to Our Mothers house who was French Belgium, and my brother who was the Personal Chef for Sax. “I honestly was not expecting That Place to be as incredible as it was. It was relaxed and fun, and has some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I'm not kidding. I have had burgers at almost every restaurant in the tri-city area. I was floored. My friends got a margarita flatbread and a surf and turf burger. Everyone went home happy. As a rainbow-flavored young person with young-people friends, I was not expecting the enthusiastic welcome we received. We all had a wonderful time and want to come back for karaoke on Saturdays.Parking: That Place shares a building with a Thai restaurant. If you come from the Thai side, there's more parking and signage around back.”

You won't be disappointed by this "hole in the wall" Italian restaurant”

“I was craving ice cream and decided to take a drive in a town I've never been before. Upon arrival, the parking is very scarce. There was no one there so we were able to park in the front which was very nice. Entering the store was empty which is sad since the ice cream was delicious. The staff seems to be young but not mean which was nice. An older man came in as we were leaving and was very friendly and nice. He had an apron on as he was working. Overall, if I'm in the area, I'll drop by but I won't go out of my way to try it.”

“We ate dinner there for the first time. It was ok. Not anything to write home about. We tried their lasagna, and quite honestly, I have had better. The salad was really good, which came with the meal along with garlic bread. For an appetizer, we had fried pepperoni. It was excellent. For desert, we had what was called cheeze Cake Factory chocolate cheeze cake. I have been to the Cheeze Factory, and this was not from there. The portion was very small compared to cheeze Cake Factory.If we go there again, we try their pizza.”

Just know when you go that the owner Elihad will take good care of you :) My only feedback is that the inside could be a little more inviting, it was a little too quiet with no music or ambience.”

In-house brewed beer with enough variation to please the whole group and then some; try their flights if you've never been there before to sample up to four different drinks. They set up their back room with shuffle board, darts, and Foosball. Best part of our visit is they had a 1930s speakeasy theme the night we stopped in, the staff and most patrons dressed the part really well!”

I approached one of the employed waitstaff regarding my concern and she quickly pointed out a party of 15 that "they just got their food. They got here at 12:30". Fabulous! I will just continue to wait over here with my heathens and be parched. NBD. Don't bother offering an appetizer on the house! Those days of customer service are gone and excuses are here to stay! But come on down to the Crazy Gator for literally craptastic food and no matter the entrance you come in you have to wade through a haze of bud light permeating off people's breaths. Fun times and wonderful first impression! Not even on the lake on the lake. It would have been the perfect place if I were with friends but not my 82-year-old Mum and my young kids.”

“I stopped in on my way home to give this neighborhood pizza shop a try. I was really surprised to find this little gem. I ordered a lunch special of a 10" pizza and a can of soda for $7.99. Pizza was yummy with sauce and chees all the way to the edges of the crust and the soda was cold. The staff was very pleasant and quick. Great deal! Stop by and check them out for take-out.”
