High and low I had been searching for a coffee shop that doesn’t over-sweeten their coffee, that doesn’t have a weak taste, and most importantly… a coffee shop that doesn’t give me a cup of coffee I could’ve made at home. Ellanios is my top choice in the area for fresh coffee that is simply *chef’s kiss*. The breakfast bagels are a bonus. My personal favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. Love this place! I get excited when I work in Eustis because I know I’ll be able to stop by. The energy drinks they have are as delicious as their coffee. Their staff is really sweet, too.

I'm only giving 4 stars. I asked for half caf. Half caffeine and half decaf blend. I don't know what I got. It was blond and frothy. Had to pour it out. I even tipped. But I will try again. Give another chance.
