“We are sooo... lucky to have Oakwood right here in Eustis. We've had some great BBQ in our lives, and Oakwood is some of the best. Wifey thinks their ribs (special $ during the week) are as good - or even better ! - than back home in Chi-town. That's a real compliment. Their pulled pork sandwich special (includes a side and a soft drink) is well worth it and delicious. Strongly recommend. Love their takeout. People are helpful and friendly.“
“I go there a few times a month always good,but today was terrible,bacon was mostly fat and not half cooked,toast was burned and grits was one big lump,I mentioned to server and she just took grits back and all they did was take the big lump off,no commit on bacon or toast, I'll go back again to see how it is,if like that again I won't go back“

“I went a few times to this location with a writing group. Our server was awesome, I think his name was Brett? He was always on top of everything. Having never been to a Denny’s before, I was surprised by how edible everything was. I especially enjoyed the breakfast burger. Unfortunately, the area we met in consistently smelled lightly of urine, and there weren’t very many outlets to go around for chargers. That said, it’s a great place if you need to meet a lot of people late at night in a public place.“
“Most definitely a perfect Florida experience. Food was a colon cleanse which was fantastic after waiting more than an hour and a half for our food for a party of five. I approached one of the employed waitstaff regarding my concern and she quickly pointed out a party of 15 that "they just got their food. They got here at 12:30". Fabulous! I will just continue to wait over here with my heathens and be parched. NBD. Don't bother offering an appetizer on the house! Those days of customer service are gone and excuses are here to stay! But come on down to the Crazy Gator for literally craptastic food and no matter the entrance you come in you have to wade through a haze of bud light permeating off people's breaths. Fun times and wonderful first impression! Not even on the lake on the lake. It would have been the perfect place if I were with friends but not my 82-year-old Mum and my young kids.“
“My husband and I stopped for lunch on Wednesday 3/27. Not impressive with the attitude of the hostess, but we stayed anyway. Our server, Donna, was so busy but always had patience and time for and with us. You have a real gem there with a great sense of humor! We will be back! “
“The bartenders were extremely friendly and my food came out fast. She made sure to let me know what specials they had going on so I ended up spending less than what I was expected. The overall experience was made that much better by the two bartenders that made an effort to engage with me throughout my dine in. They were attentive in making sure my drinks stayed filled and to ensure that if I needed anything else, they’d do their beast to accommodate.“
“The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was awesome. She kept my tea filled and kept checking on us! They were very busy. My only issue was that it took me three attempts to get a slice of ham. It's Easter Sunday at 3:30 pm shouldn't be running out of ham!Overall great!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! “This was my (our) second visit to this location and we were very pleased. We had a group of twelve and everyone was pleased. Service was excellent. The whole group was happy they could order off the menu and delivery of food was very fast for a group of that size. Salads look yummy and sandwiches were very good portions. Pulled pork was one of the best I've had in this area.“
“Came for lunch with my son, and wow what a surprise! Expecting bar food but boy I was wrong. First we started with loaded nachos with chicken added. Could have used more cheese but all around pretty good! For main I had a blue cheese burger with an over easy egg on top with bacon. My son had a regular burger with bacon and cheese. Both served with burger shack style fries. I also ordered a double shot of rum for all you alcohol drinkers. All around cool little golf course restaurant with a nice view“
“Although the food is very good - the service needs improvement, took 15 min to get a drink , and it wasn't that crowded , while we watched the bartender gabbing with costumers , I ordered a French Bordeaux, it was served warm , I may sound like a prude but when they charge $20 a grass it should be done right, it a nice place and I will return but just saying.“
