“Went to the Honey Baked Ham of Lady Lake here in Florida today to pick up the turkey I ordered. There was a very short wait for Christmas Eve and both cashiers were so pleasant and helpful. A customer ahead of me had a million questions on preparation, and the young lady helping him was very patient, answered all his questions, and reassured him all the directions were on the packages. My cashier asked if I had any questions about preparation and I didn't. we wished each other a Merry Christmas and I was out of there in maybe 10 minutes. Ill be ordering from you for easter!“

“My whole experience was undeniably the best customer service experience I e had in a long time. Alyssa was an amazing server. She made my experience from the beginning to the end very pleasant. She smiled and was very friendly! Her presence was so meek and kind. I would choose Alyssa over and over again to be my server. She was amazing and. I do hope LH rewards for her great service! “We have been going to Perkins for Thanksgiving for the past 15 years, Love the food, good service and prices. However, This year we were very disappointed that the pie did not come with the purchase of the turkey dinner. It has been added to your meal, not this year. so sad.. Love your pies, but when you get used to something so good, then it's good, kind of loses it for ya...bring the pie back please!!!!!“
