“They have a full bar and a decent menu of pub fare. The pork tenderloin made this Iowa girl smile. I will go back. The Hubs had the patty melt and was happy as well. Fries were good and the bartender friendly. All in all, a great place to tuck into on a rainy day. Did I mention there is also a bowling alley? Maybe next time.“

“Great dive bar atmosphere! The bartender was friendly and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. They rotate live music with bingo and karaoke and other stuff from the flyer I saw. There was a guy playing guitar and singing when I was there and it was fun. No smoking inside but they have a outdoor area for smokers. They do poker runs, pub crawls and other activities for everyone to join in on. The bartender was telling us it's a non profit that donates to the local Police, Fire and EMS Services. Only been there once but we had a good time. I'll be back!“

“I go to Franks Place as my new playground! The food is great! The drinks are great! Your taken care of by John or his mom, Linda, behind the bar. It offers a large spacious pool hall adjacent with the bar. And my favorite days of the week are Wednesdays and Fridays because DJ Jeff Fa Fa (hope I got that right) hosts karaoke nights! The atmosphere is non-intimidating and you immediately feel at home once the music plays! Looking for a good time and relaxing fun - visit Franks Place in Leesburg, FL!

“I came in last Wednesday evening (4/1). I arrived shortly after the space launch. Came in and grabbed a seat at the bar. James immediately greeted me and got me a cold beer. I ordered the jambalaya and some grilled wings. Both were extremely good! One thing I noticed was that James never stopped. He constantly moving and taking care of other guests. He seemed to know most of the guests by name. I thought he did an excellent job and truly is an asset to your restaurant. Thanks for a great meal. I’ll be back next time in town. Jackson“

“Very good Mexican food spot el ranchito you used to be my favorite now that they reopened the prices went up and the service isn’t as good this place is my new favorite Mexican spot in Leesburg! “5+ stars to the City Fire restaurant and the amazing HOPE for a fantastic experience and great food. Our 14 year old Akita Wishy was warmly greeted and invited to join us at one of the outdoor patio tables. Hope was SO great with Wishy -- lots of water refills -- and finding out Hope loves dogs and that City Fire is so dog friendly just made our visit that much better. Oh and the French Dip and Burger we ordered were great -- and the Bourbon Sour -- perfect! We'll bring Wishy back for more fun soon -- and we'll be requesting one of Hope's tables for sure!“

“Went there on 4/12/2026. Had a fish sandwich platter. It was very good and fresh. Had key lime pie for dessert that was pretty good. The waitress by contrast, had a bad attitude and gave my friend incorrect change. I may not return to this place just because of the attitude. There is another restaurant on the other side of the lake with better food and better servers.“

“Went to Fenney for lunch today after probably a 2 year hiatus because of horrible service in the past. Today was much much better. The food was great. I had the hot Italian sub and enjoyed it quite a bit. Wife had the turkey club and it was good. Colleen was our bartender and she was awesome. So much better and friendlier than people in the past. Glad they got their staffing sorted and things are back on track.“
