“In a very beautiful and relaxing setting overlooking pool if you eat in the screened lanai. Egg salad sandwich and onion rings were outstanding. Bruchetta was disappointing, so not sure of consistency of kitchen. Fish sandwich good. Menu very limited. Service was a bit casual for my liking. (Left dirty plates in front of us for extended periods and asked I keep my used fork for the main course) Otherwise, it was still a nice meal for Florida standards.“

“Little place just a couple tables. Built for take out. I like local businesses and this is def the kind you support. Fantastic food. Best garlic knots in a 6 hr drive. Wings are full of flavor. Pizza the crust is a lil doughy. If that’s your type then it’s great. I haven’t had the thin crust but I’ll be trying that next. They put a bunch of toppings on. They don’t skimp. I had a three topping and it come to us steaming out of the box. Bunch of toppings . And a dusting of parm to finish. I’m not a huge crust eater but I finished all mine. Got a smores cookie and it’s too good. Pricing is very fair. My mom got a supreme the veggies on it had a good char from the oven. They have weekly specials. Worth driving out of the way for.“
“I just discovered this restaurant in my area. And even though I wasn't very hungry. I did wanna try a side of white rice with red beans and mofongo.And I will definitely say the mofongo was great! The portion for the rice and beans could have been bigger The service was nice.The place was clean and the food was hot.I will definitely return“
“We went there after taking an airboat ride. The chicken wings were really good and the bloody marys were very well liked by everybody in our party that ordered them. They came with all the usual goodies and were just very tasty. They had a live band outside on this sunday when we were there and they were very good! The menu is limited but had many different shot selection specials available so instead of daily food specials they have daily drink specials. This is basically a drinkin bar with food but fun. Its definitely a dive bar which it states very clearly with a sign hanging in the bar area that says "Dive Bar" so if you like that kind of atmosphere this is the place. I like it and have ben there many times with out of town company just make sure they are the kind that will like that kind of atmosphere because its an authentic DIve Bar!“
“They held a benefit for me here as I have stage 4 colon cancer. I was really surprised and touched at how many of the "regulars" participated in the benefit and donated money. I haven't drank in about 5 years but if I ever started again this is a bar that I would definitely be comfortable and happy drinking in. Just really down to earth“
“We went there for Valentine’s Day dinner and everything was great. Our server, Arial, was very attentive , professional and pleasant. I had Blackened Tuna and my wife had the two lobster tails and everything was prepared perfectly and delicious. We had Calamari as an appetizer and it could have been a larger portion but it was very good.“

We had finished our first round of drinks before our order was taken, thats a bit too long....we were considering leaving. The other not good part....we were seated on the patio and two ladies kept trying to smoke!!! There were signs posted on the tables and yet these two old hags would pull out cigarettes every time no servers were around!!! I feel they should have been made to leave, since they were "caught" more than once by staff!!!“

“So, just to set things straight.. This is actually a large tap room attached to and part of Catfish Johnny's... Exactly as the name implies... But, and it is a pretty big But, this is less about the food and much much more about the beer and entertainment... So part of my party and myself arrived a little early for dinner next door.. We decided the best thing to do was grab a couple beers while the rest made their way here.. There was a band scheduled to start an hour and a half and seating was already near its limits. We managed to get a small table our first round of beers. This is a decent sized venue and it apparently fills up early and fast.. Now let's get back to the important stuff... When you enter from the front, the beer bar runs on the right-hand side... There are seats at the bar for 8 or ten at the most.. There is a small stage at the end and the rest of the room is open with tables and chairs set out in no particular arrangement. Oh yeah, the important stuff... The beers, with some 16 local craft beers on draft to choose from, their selection was very well thought out and tasty, if I do say so myself... A little something for everyone's taste... They even kept a stache of the "market" beers for those not willing to venture outside their norm... This watering hole is a welcomed addition to this out of the way area... Well worth the extra side trip to check out... I don't get out this way very often but this is now on my must stop list when in the area... Heck, might even come and check out the band next time... Challenging 18 hole Golf course from multiple tee boxes. Mature golf course has some of the tightest fairways to hit from the tee boxes in The Villages, FL.“
“I always have a good time here. The employees are nice, the patrons are welcoming, the drinks are cold. Great place for darts. They also have karaoke on Friday nights. It's a friendly place open for nearly 100 years(!) and seems to be an integral part of the surrounding neighborhood.“

You can tell they were short staffed but i certainly wont fault them for that, because everyone there was working their booties off. Excellent burgers and drinks! “The outdoor bar has plenty of seating but is close to other tables. I enjoyed that because it allowed me to socialize with others easily! The water view is an added bonus. Jersey Frank was the musician, and he played a wide variety of upbeat familiar songs. It was very enjoyable! On both visits, the food was good, but the service was top-notch!“

All seating is outside, but mostly shaded. Right next to a chip and putt golf course. Nice setting, good food and service.“
