“I visited Skippers Whiskey River saloon all the way from Virginia.This is my second time.One of the best experiences my entire trip.The managers Victoria and Scotty were very helpful and kind.My bartender Angel did an awesome job the entire time.The atmosphere was unmatched,music and DJ Pimpin were amazing.I highly recommend Wiskeys to anyone who enjoys feeling at home away from home.“
“Came passing through Hernando for the evening, just about everything around me within walking distance from the bus stop was closed by sunset. The Hideaway sports bar was open and I had seen good reviews about the wings so I decided to try em out. I am overly impressed. I've worked in restaurants/hospitality my entire life, from back of house to front, and there's really only one way to conduct businesses let alone objectivly good wings. Hernando Hideaway sportsbar delivers. They were prepared fresh, crispy, and absolutely perfect. The service was great, super friendly and really inviting atmosphere, as well as the people. You wont find better availability, prices, quality, or satisfaction anywhere else imo. Its rare to find businesses like this in small towns that'll actually cater towards the customer whos a stranger. You could say I'm a bit biased since everything else was closed, but reliability goes along way in this area. If everything else were to be open the next time I pass through, I'd remain loyal to this bar regardless. That's how good my experience was.“

“Having fabulous wine and incredible food with friends at this awesome local bistro. Trivia night Wednesday, Twisted Jazz on Thursdays… Highly recommend for a locals night out or friends fun impromptu night out. 5 star service and was greeted by the owner (Keith) who creates an environment which makes you feel at home, and in the right vibe…and if you’re a wine connoisseur you’ve came to the heart of wine country in Central Florida with an outstanding selection that satisfies the most selective of palates“

“First time coming there on Friday actually to watch my landlord band play HWY 94 and decided to grab a bite while I was there. Customer service was amazing and atmosphere was as equal. The food was amazing and fresh. I would and will come back again.“
