“We had an Instacart delivery last night and one of our items was missing. I called the restaurant and they offered to make a fresh meal and we could come pick it up. While this is not want we wanted to do, we did. When we got there, the server helping me offered to pay for our food out of her own tips to make sure we were not upset with them. I would not take her money as it was not her fault. But the fact that she offered made this annoying situation so much better. Her kindness was greatly appreciated!!“

“Joey is great! He is very attentive and made a positive dining experience for us. We walked out of Applebees after not being served in over 15 mins and came here instead, we were pleasantly greeted by Joey and he was a great server, definitely turned our day around!“
