Went to Millers Ale House in the Villages last night for their prime rib special. I ordered rare and several others at my table ordered medium rare. After about 45 minutes the food came. There wasn’t a single one that was even slightly pink. All were well done, talk about dry and chewy. We were then informed that there was nothing less than medium available.
