“I love this Subway, it has all my favorite employees! Kloee has the best customer service, she always makes sure you get what you ordered, and Alyssa is super sweet and welcoming. Overall it's a great spot to grab some lunch and stick around for a while. An inviting atmosphere with great employees! Best Subway around.“

“Chayeh waited on us, making our subs. He washed his hands before and after waiting on us. We ate our meal inside the restaurant, and listened to his interactions with other customers. He was kind, patient, and professional. He knew how to inform people he couldn’t do something that was outside of policy. He was particularly patient with a customer who was not patient. He is a credit to the organization.“

“Have not been to a Subway in a long time, especially this location and thought this sounded good for lunch. I put my order in online for pickup today.

When I entered the store, it was very busy, but I was greeted warmly and went directly to the pickup counter for my order. The gentleman working on a sandwich asked if I was there for a pickup and my name. He stated that my order was the next one he was doing.

I did not have a problem waiting and took a seat till my sandwich was ready. The two employees on today, a woman and a man (so wish I had gotten their names) were working so hard but their attitudes were so warm and friendly! They were patient, friendly, funny, and they did not sweat the people coming and they worked fantastic with one another.

The woman took over making my sandwich and I have to say, she did a wonderful job! My sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it AND, for my wait she gave me two cookies.

When I left, I was told to have a blessed day by both employees (absolutely LOVE that! We need more of that!) and they were onto the next orders.

When I got to work and had my sandwich, it was so yummy! So worth the drive over for this. But what really made it great were the two employees today who did a fantastic job, were patient, and made sure that everyone who came in felt welcome and was taken care of. This is exactly the reason why I would come back to this location.

“Be to this place a few times since the first time I went the I met the owner I will say kinda shy but you should be very happy like I said been there a few times in order to give you a honest review all 5 times that my wife and I have visited this store the store always clean customer service excellent the food always fresh always hot always the best .

“Picked up a couple of subs and fries to take home for dinner this evening, very impressed. Glad that they extended their hours, they used to close way too early for us to consider for a meal. “Stopped on my way home just for gas. Not my normal gas station, but I was running low. Had to go in to pay cash because my card had been compromised the day prior. Irritated and tired after a long day at work. The staff was so warm and welcoming. They acknowledged the fact that I looked tired and hungry and asked if I wanted a sandwich from Subway. At first, I said no but they offered a 6 inch so they would cut it to make it easy to eat, but that it was important to eat. I caved and ordered. The gentleman that made my sandwich was so diligent and wanted to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it to perfection. There is nothing magical about a subway, turkey sandwich, but what was extraordinary was the amazing customer service and genuine kindness that the staff showed.“

“We stopped coming here because there was always some sort of issue why they couldn’t/wouldn’t serve us. Decided to try again today because we got coupons and Vicki made my sandwiches. She is the nicest person I’ve encountered at this location in 3 years! Teri didn’t have gloves on when she took my sandwich out of the toaster so I asked Vicki to not wrap it in that paper that they make the sandwiches on. Teri asked her what I said and then I heard her say just leave it on there. So I spoke up and said no you touched it without gloves on and then she didn’t say anything else. I don’t understand why people who work here are almost always so unpleasant.“

“I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service.
