“We walked in and they were training the workers. We didn't know they had not opened for actual customers. We were so hungry we offered to buy the samples. The Manager and workers quick gave us pre-made Subs. It was so kind ( we were on Vacation lost and hungry) we will never forget the kindness of strangers that night. We are now fans of Jersey Mike'sYou have no idea how out of sorts andl lost we were after a 20 hour drive to Florida. The Subs were excellent we had two meals. The Manager was so professional. “Tried to redeem points for free sub.app keat saying must add at least a penny. Nowhere on app can you add a penny. Must add at least 50 cents.If it's free why do I have to add money.This is my second trip in 4 days trying to redeem points. The workers saw my frustration. They made me a sub at no charge.Call corporate and they stated that I must add 50 cents to receive free sub. I know it's not a lot.50 cents.But free is supposed to be free.The sub shop is excellent. Management sucks.Thats why 4 stars.“

“Firehouse has become my family's go-to for subs. Ordering through the app is easy. My orders are usually done quickly. The ingredients are fresh, and they have some nice flavor combinations for their signature subs. The soup was good and warm. Large selection on their drink dispenser with sugar-free options. The only thing I didn't like is their salad.“

The staff here seems well-trained and courteous, but there were only two of them, and as much as they were hustling and getting orders accurate, they were having trouble keeping up. So we had to wait as our order was slightly delayed, no biggie.“

“First time in several years in jersey mikes and loved they have grilled steak and chicken subs. I was there between 11:30 and 12:00 very busy but I noticed how efficient and friendly staff was . “I love Subway. And this Subway is always really clean. The employees are also very nice.The last time I came here, I got curbside pickup and they forgot my drink. So I then had to go inside and get the drink myself. Defeats the purpose of Curbside pickup in my opinion.Today when I went, ordered on the app again (AT 1:30pm, wasn't busy at this time), and I asked for my sub to be toasted. It wasn't toasted.It seems as though they always forget just one thing. Making it a 4 star joint in my eyes.All they need to do is double check the order before taking it to the customer..“

“The young lady working by herself at the subway was swamped with sandwich orders/customers but she stayed very courteous, polite, and professional. She was extremely efficient as we were in and out in less than 15mins even with 3 people ahead of us. I will go to the same subway every time I want subway because of how well my wife and I were treated by this young lady.“
