Always good food and good service
Been going here for years. Sometimes food is great and sometimes portions are obviously smaller and bread is not fresh. Quality is just inconstant and I'm sorry because we usually really like Firehouse food.
Great sandwiches with good price very welcoming upon walking in and the speed of the preparation was beyond expectations

Firehouse Subs The Villages offers delicious subs with great flavor, though the portion sizes may have decreased over time. The staff's demeanor can sometimes be unfriendly, and there may be issues with the rewards program, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite this, the quality of the food remains a positive aspect of the restaurant. Recently, customers have praised the friendly service provided by the staff, including a young lady and two young boys who were very pleasant and made guests feel welcome. On the other hand, some found the restaurant to be dirty and experienced poor service, choosing to leave and go to another nearby restaurant instead. For catering orders, the staff, especially Jay and JJ, are highly appreciated for their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly service, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the restaurant provides a mixed experience for customers.
