While waiting to order, a young lady was taking an elderly gentleman’s order. He was, obviously, hearing impaired and quite slow in placing his order. She showed so much patience and was so sweet to him… I was very touched by her actions. When we left, I went over to her and commended her for her kindness and told her it made me so proud of her. I hope she dosen’t mind.. I asked her name and she said Maya. FYI… McAllisters! You have a real gem working there… hope you show her your appreciation.“
“We love jersey mikes but today was a lil different we ask the young lady how we wanted our sandwiches n the look in her face was like really so after that she just didn’t care started just throwing the cheese on the cheeses started folding over she just kept going so we didn’t say nothing wasn’t to pleased with my sandwich then a coworker came in with his son one of the other coworkers gave him a drink while the father stood talking to other workers next he went n put on dirty wrinkle shirt very dirty if I see him there next time we will leave thanks no thanks“

“My first visit here was great. My second visit, not so great. Both times I orders via the Subway app because the BOGO coupon only works on the app and not by ordering in person. This sucks because I have not had a correct footlong order in years without me babysitting the employees. The 1st visit, I placed my order when leaving a medical appointment and as I was walking into the restaurant, my order was being packaged up. That was super quick but I guess they had no other orders. The staff was really nice and personable. Since the app does not provide the opportunity to tip, I offered to purchase a drink so I could tip but one of the employees informed me that credit card tipping was not offered there. My second visit was right after a dentist appointment, which also was at noon. This place is insanely busy at lunch time. I placed my order via the app again but I arrived earlier than the time stated my food would be ready. There were 3 employees making subs. Customers kept coming in. I noticed my order was not being worked on so I decided after 10 minutes to stand on line. By the time it was my turn, there was still no one working on my order. They apologized, which was appreciated but totally unnecessary. They were hustling nonstop! I placed my order live and informed them of the order I placed on the app. We both agreed it would be easier and it was, as well as quick. The ladies were very calm and nice considering how busy they were. The store is very spacious and has about 20 seats available to sit down to eat. The store is also really clean and well stocked. I do wish Subway sold sauces in bulk like they did in the past. The fist time I inquired, I was told it was up to the owner. The second time I inquired, I was told a flat no.“
“We had a pleasant experience at Charleys this week! It took less than five minutes to place an order including the time to wait in line. The service was fast and ordering was easy. The team member who took our order, Laura, was very friendly. The location is pretty convenient as well.“
“My husband came home and put $20 in my hand and made me promise to have lunch here today. He's been bragging oh them for weeks! If my husband puts cash in my hand and wants me to spend it, who am I to say no? I was running late as usual and was worried I wouldn't have time to stop, so I called ahead to speed things up. She said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. No surprise. Hubby said that there are so many people willing to wait to eat here, it's always pretty busy. I was nearly ten minutes early so I stood in line to pay and wait my turn. As soon as she saw me waiting there, she asked if I was the steak and cheese no onions, which I am. She took care of me right then and had others ready to take care of the line. We just moved to the area, and I can't wait to make this place a staple in our usual places to have lunch. The atmosphere reminds me so much of a deli my granddaddy used to take me as a kid. Thank you for the awesome service and incredible sub!“
