Not too thrilled about the pre planned sandwich. Didn't get to tell them i didn't want it updated.. no chance for extra mayo, no onion etc. They were too busy i guess to ask us .
So far I’ve been back quite a few times and every time the subs have been so good!! Their Potato Salad is also very good!!
I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service.
The atmosphere is also great, with positive posters throughout the restaurant that add a surprisingly uplifting touch.
