I ordered the Carrot Cake Latte super yummy! But I think I spoke to the owner this morning and I’m a vendor at Ferran park pretty frequently and my grocery order was delayed this morning and she let me buy heavy cream off of her and it was life saving!!! Will always recommend and excited to go back and try more!
Absolutely! What is there not to love about this amazing place? The coffee is amazing, and the treats are just as good.
The owners are kind and hard-working. They go the extra mile. I love their work ethic as well as their unashamed faith in God.

Its location is beautiful and walkable to the lake and waterfront, making it a perfect coffee shop for the city. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing, with a vibe that feels local and intentional rather than corporate. It is clean and warm, an ideal place to linger, work, or ease into the day, though it can be very busy and loud at times.
The coffee is the reason to keep coming back; it is really good and fantastic. Favorite drinks include the fall drinks, the Rustic Pumpkin latte, the Bee Mine Latte, and the coffee special, like the cloud special. The baristas are friendly and provide amazing service, happily making off-menu items like a delicious London Fog. The food is also delicious, with highlights being the chicken salad croissant and the bacon, egg and cheese croissant, which might be the best ever had. Open early-ish at 7am, it is a welcome alternative to the big chains. One Thirteen Coffeehouse is a wonderful place that downtown needs, and it is definitely worth a visit and support so they can stick around.
