I've been to this location multiple times and they consistently get my order wrong. Always missing items like lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard. I usually don't want to complain but when you charge $16+ for burger fries and drink it's the least you can do to get a basic whopper right. I tried to give this location another chance but again they couldn't manage to put TOMATO or LETTUCE on a whopper; basic items!
Avoid this location at all costs!

Ordered on kiosk. Whopper meal and Chicken Fries meal. Took 18 minutes from time receipt was printed. Meal was missing one order of fries, two drinks and sauce. Waited 5 min to get those items. No napkins in dining area. Had to wait 5 minutes to get napkins from staff. Food was the best part. Service was terrible.

I know they just rebuilt this BK, but a drink machine with only zero sugar options and everything else out of stock is unacceptable . The staff were nice enough to get me a drink from behind the counter yet that was just as disappointing as my Coca-Cola tasted like it had some kind of chemical cleaner mixed in it. We ordered from kiosk and more than half the order was made incorrectly and one sandwich was even missing. The staff yet again corrected the missing sandwich and were professional. I think there is something missing in this location (Management) or lack there of. Items out of stock, no zesty or marinara sauce, no fish sandwich...
I was warned by two others not to waste my time and I gave this location the benefit of doubt. One person told me they seem to be out of stuff all the time so they go to sonic or Coney and the other said the orders were never right...

I highly Recommend if your gonna order door dash Don't!!! Are food was a hour and half late! Cold and missing 80.00 worth of food plus the food we did receive was missing ingredients on all are Woppers we threw it in the trash!! And door dash refunded 23.00 on a 120.00 order straight bs!!! If i could give a Negative 10 I would!! Definitely not worth 1 star

i tried to go there last night, but it was closed, and so was the one at rt44 and rt19. if they have the same owner, no surprise since they have same rating and similar comments. even today, the one at rt44 and rt19 looked like it was closed for renovation or sale.

If I could give yall a zero I would this location is trash I’ve lived here for 5 yrs and literally only got one good meal out of here just went to get my son lunch sat in the drive through for over 10min to get a attitude from the lady because I asked what was going on literally watched 3 cars back out the drive through this place is a joke I would recommend going somewhere else if you want fast hot food with good customer service because this is not it your wasting time and money!
